I have bought so many of these over the years and now just started wearing one again after a long time of letting myself go! I have lost 35 lbs and people (women) over 35 that gain weight in the belly this is a magic cure! Along with cutting back on what you eat of course! Anyways, I have a long torso and a lot of these are too short on me! I am 5’7 and weigh 211. My waist at my belly button measures 48 inches and I was super worried I couldn’t even get the 3 x size to fit considering the inch sizes they said they were! But I wanted it tight because that’s the point right!? I went for the 2xl size and sense they give you the bra snaps also I secured it that way first in the last setting then zipped! Then Velcro! But these are so well made with the bones in them! They have 3 ways to secure! The stitching is not cheap and the material feels rugged! I am super impressed! After I had a baby I used one of these and kept fighting as I lost weight! Worked like a dream and got my stomach flatter then any amount of sit ups! So try this!! It’s worth it! Where it everyday!! That’s key! Morning to night! Only take it off when you sleep! I when it get lose or worn out buy a new one! It also makes your skin softer! Rant over lol 😂 5 stars!

This actually wasn’t a bad product. My only issue was that the hooks started to come loose and that was not because the item was too tight. It actually fit just right but I needed something that was gonna be a bit smaller so I returned it, but that was my concern. Other than that the product was pretty good. I enjoyed the three waist wraps because I was able to cover the bottom of my apron belly and still tighten around the waist area to give myself that hourglass look.

I set out on a mission to find the perfect waist trainer for my gym workouts—something that was snug yet comfortable, allowing me to tighten it as I shed those extra belly pounds. To my delight, my new waist trainer arrived quickly! It did have a slight smell at first, but that didn’t deter me. Slipping it on was a breeze. I weigh between 180 and 190 pounds and opted for a large to achieve that tight fit I was after. If you're someone who values comfort, I definitely recommend considering a size up! The waist trainer fits my whole belly area which was my main concern (I explain in the video). I can't wait to hit the gym with this trainer and see how it helps shape and tone my tummy and back. First thing I encountered with this is by the sizing chart I am supposed to fit in a large, so I ordered a large and immediately I had to put it on the closest inner hook in order to get it to actually fit, so these are definitely bigger then they seem. There's a lot of give to them because it definitely seems to have a spandex type material to it. No matter how much I try, I can't tighten it to look as nice or seamless as the product photo (and I have a natural hourglass figure), no matter what way you do this it looks extremely bulky and it's beyond noticeable no matter what you wear, whether it's a tank top/t-shirt or a hoodie it's noticeable significantly. In addition to that, this will make you sweat unbelievably which can be a great addition if you're wanting it for a work out but if your wanting this for everyday wear by the time you peel it off, it's like peeling off a second skin even if you've literally only had it on for an hour. In terms of support this is great! It does help you stand up straighter and helps with posture but if your wanting it for working out it may not be the best support wise, the way it postures your back it's very easy to throw yourself off balance if you use it for heavy workouts like deadlifts, squats with weights, etc. This does limit your range of motion, especially if your trying to bend down at the waist also. Honestly I didn't notice any improvement pain relief wise, if anything because of how it forces your posture this can actually cause the sensation of pressure especially on the middle and lower back, if you do wear it for long periods of time there can be some mild pain but overall it's just really a feeling of pressure consistently. Honestly if you're going to use this, it's best used as an assistant tool to help break a better sweat then it is to a solution especially if you're wanting to lose weight or tone up your stomach and waist line. It's definitely better when paired with a solid workout routine otherwise it just really makes you sweat on it's own.

I have returned this item and it’s still coming up as and it hasn’t been returned. I have the receipt from the UPS store and I’m trying to get in contact with someone that will help me and nobody will clarify the situation for me. They keep telling me to give it a couple days, but that was a month ago. What am I supposed to do now Because first one I ordered the sewing was so crap. It came undone while I was trying to put it on I put that in the bag order another one. It came the next day before I returned the first one same thing happened so I grabbed them. I put them in the bag I go to UPS They scan it take the bag and they put it in a bin right in front of me. I have the tickets in my hand right now the receipt that I returned these two waist trainers and still they have not credited my Amazon account. This was $64. The material as bad as the sewing its absolutely horrible. It is not strong or tough. None of that. It falls apart. Literally two of them fell apart and I am a size 4. Don’t recommend.
