We have been trying to get this to work following the setup instructions. The fence charger I bought wouldn't put a charge throu at all. I tried another more powerful charger and ...nothing. Either the resistance in the chord is way too much or really I don't know what. There isn't even a charge right where the lead clamps on. Very disappointed!

It's ok. I ran out of electrobraid brand fence. It would take too long to get more so I did two strands of this. It's ok. It doesn't have copper wire. It stretches thinner than the name brand. Marked difference but it is worth the price.
