Bought this chair and a seat cushion. I weigh around 390-400 lbs. I’m at my desk minimum 12 hours a day. I sometimes have problems with the chair dropping height every once in awhile. But overall it’s very good and has held up so far. Would recommend

The boxing was horrible and the chair had a minor break in the plastic on the seat base. The color is bright and amazing just like I wanted. The seat is basic and I did add a cushion, I have to say I have tried two other chairs and was very disappointed. I have to say the back & neck support are amazing. I added the neon orange wheels that sent it over the top for me. I love the chair and think it is awesome. I do recommend watching a video for assembling due to the instructions are basically a list of screws.

The instruction on assembly and the video are almost worthless. The instructions on a 5.5 X 10" card with tiny diagrams and writing. All the parts packed together so you have to look at the tiny print and diagram to figure out what's what. NOW WHAT REALLY SET ME OFF was the video which you can see in the ad. The guy palms the bolts/screws/washers until he is able to lay the black parts on the black chair and then use in assembly. In what world does someone not step back and think..."I should use one of our white chairs so that the black parts show up". I feel better about the China threat to the U.S. Once assembled, tired and sweaty, I did like the chair.

UPDATE 8/10/2022: The Seller reached out and expressed concern about the shipping status of the item. We were able to reach a satisfactory reconciliation. Kudos to them for providing excellent customer service! Please heed all the other reviews about the scuff marks!! You have been warned. This seller DOES NOT CARE about the condition your $300 chair arrives in. The box looked like Ace Ventura delivered it....NO PADDING and dented all to hell. Black scuff/use marks on pretty much everything, and since most of the parts are white, it really shows. Going to try a magic eraser to see if that helps. As for the aesthetics, I really like the way the chair looks, very sleek and modern. Fairly easy to put together, easier if you've ever played Pictionary as the included instructions suck. Comfort is decent, seat could use thicker padding. Arms are not adjustable once screwed in. No changing the height or slope of the arms. You can adjust the screws so the arms can be a little bit narrower/wider, about an inch in total adjustment. Overall the chair is fine, the lumbar support is decent and the materials are fair for the price; however, when you buy a new item you don’t expect there to be scuff marks and broken components along with poor packaging. My chair came looking like someone who forgot to pack their luggage and is late for their flight; packed hastily and unorganized for the trip. If I didn’t need a chair ASAP, I would’ve definitely ordered a replacement. *Update* Customer service reached out and offered to send a replacement. It arrived swiftly and while there were some minor dings and scuffs, no parts were damaged. The small scuffs could be avoided with better packaging but for the price you’re paying, it is a fair compromise. This chair has been great.

Well the first off the packaging is horrible. I should have known when it was delivered just to refuse and send back based on the packaging alone. They use the cheapest thin cardboard made and call it box then toss a few straps on to hold it together. Upon opening the box all items are loss inside the box with a few pieces of thin bubble wrap tossed in. I ordered the white and gray chair and it has scuff marks all over it from the poor packaging. Now on to the instructions these may be the worst most unuser friendly instructions i have ever seen. 3 slips of paper with small drawings and numbers then a chart below to id the bolts each number goes to. as for the bolts well they all just come in 1 baggie nothing to separate the different sizes or mark their number just all tossed in a baggie. Then i remembered an email i had gotten a few days prior from the seller with instructions so im like ok lets open that and see if its better then what came in the box. Nope same thing just a digital copy. Well i sorted it all and put the chair together and what do i find they shorted me the bolts that hold the headrest in place completely. So I have a scuffed up chair with no head reset the armrest dont are not adjustable and far to low on the chair to be of use to anyone other than a child . Overall I would say you get what you pay for but this is a $280.00 dollar chair that based on the quality and packing should be sold for about 49.99. Do not buy this chair spend your money on a better quality one that hopefully will come with all the parts.
