Bought this to replace a torn canopy for a Regency II gazebo we got at Ocean State JL. The original lasted 2 years but was torn and would collect rain water. Bought this as a replacement and so far we’re pretty happy with it. This canopy fits perfectly. Other reviews said it didn’t do well in the rain so I purchased 2 cans of Scotchgard sun and water shield spray. So far rain beads off and no fading from the sun. The material is a good thickness and seems sturdy. This canopy doesn’t come with the fabric screen that came with the original gazebo kit so make sure you save that if getting this replacement. Canopy is a good deal if the gazebo structure you have is still in good shape and you don’t want to buy a whole new gazebo kit. Happy with this purchase.

I used this canopy to replace an original that was maybe 8 years old. The original was dark brown with a silver backing for light blocking. The original became powdery and fragile with time and sun exposure and eventually ripped. This one isn't totally light blocking but blocks a lot of it and does shed rain well. It was tighter than the original regardless that the frame dimensions were exactly as suggested for this canopy. I was barely able to get it in-place alone, a second set of hands would have been very helpful.

It fit good except on the 10ft. section it could be 1 1/2 inches longer. Just couldn’t fit the last corner on, puts a lot of stress on the seams. The rip stop fabric is great.

Gazebo frames seem to live forever... but the canopy tops? Not so much—especially when a tree decides to drop in uninvited. This replacement was exactly what I needed. The color matched the photos perfectly, the fit was spot-on, and installation was easy. It brought my gazebo back to life with zero hassle. No complaints here—just shade and satisfaction!

I was so happy to be able to buy just a replacement canopy. It fit perfectly on the frame from Job Lot and the price made it way more economical than buying a whole new set when the frame was still operational. I like the option of different colors, but went with beige as it matched the brown curtains I still had. I like the material more than the original... Kind of a rip-stop type fabric. Like the original, it was difficult to put up (really right on the corners) but once in place, it's just great.

I bought this gazebo cover to replace an older one, and it’s been a huge letdown. The material is thin and cheaply made, and the seams are not only low quality but also poorly designed. The bottom section has seam lines placed exactly where water naturally runs off the upper canopy, which then flow directly onto the seams of the lower section—causing concentrated water penetration during any kind of rain. It leaks immediately and offers no real protection. If the seams had been placed even slightly higher or eliminated from that edge entirely—since they serve no clear purpose—the cover might have actually held up. As it is, this product fails in both design and durability. Avoid it.m and save your money.

This topper is not the same material as the original. ITS WAY BETTER AND IT EVEN FITS BETTER . Alittle bit more them i wanted to pay but ,you get what you pay for. Very well made ,easy to install , looks great .

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It fit correctly, but the fabric is so thin, it's almost clear when the sun shines on it, so it does not give any real shade and gaz gets super hot. Think it's over priced for this thin material and will have to see how it lasts. Going to try to put a fabric up in the ceiling to hope for some shade. Wow, overpriced and quality lower. Not happy so many things are going this rout
