I have two of these units. I keep one in my work truck for charging drill batteries and my laptop, and the other in a tote with my camping stuff for whatever use I might have. Keeping in mind that these are less expensive units, I am pleased with the performance I get out of them. I have even had to run small 120v saws with one, and it worked fine. I cannot recommend it, but it worked. The fans are quite noisy and the unit is sensitive to voltage drops through the 12v ports in vehicles, but for general light use mine have worked quite well. ... show more

Bought this at walmart, then on line here, and have others that are different names, this one is by far the best and the one at walmart was just like this one but walmart's version had wimpy lines.

I used this camping a few weeks ago and tried running a 32" Samsung LCD TV with this inverter. It doesn't appear to be compatible with the TV. The screen would blank out periodically. It was attached to a full sized fully charged battery. The TV worked fine with my old Schumacher SJ1289 jump box with a 200 watt inverter. Pretty annoying to have to use two inverters at the same time. ... show more
