After waiting because of the price, we finally ordered these pans as a splurge after our old pans became a pain. We've been using the Scan Pans several times a week for the past 6 months, and they are still great. You can fry and egg with out any oil or butter, make burgers, make sauces, sear veggies, etc. Though food looks better with a little added (eggs might look plastic just cooked dry). It says do NOT put in the dishwasher and do NOT use spray cooking oil, and don't put above medium-high temp; so we haven't and the pans still perform like new. Even after cooking the heck out of something until bits have charred on the surface, everything rinses right off. So hand-washing is seriously a breeze, nothing sticks. We have a few scratches from a few random accidents, but it didn't scrape off any of the surface and it is still totally non-stick. I also feel better knowing industrial chemicals aren't scraping off and getting into the food over time.

These are the best non-stick pans I have ever had. The finish is glass like and nothing sticks to it. Clean up is an easy wipe with a paper cloth to get rid of the grease and then hot soap and water. I wish,though, that they made a high sided sloped caserole.The quality is typical Danish craftsmanship, not made in China. The handle is very cleverly designed so that you can easily clean between the " V " . They may be more expensive than Cusinart or other brands but they will not have to be replaced in a year with the nonstick finish wearing off. Since I bought them on Amazon on sale, the price wasn't that bad. The ceramic titanium finish will last as it is an integral part of the pan, not just an applied finish and you can even use metal utensils on it. Overall, a five star rating.

I have stayed away from non-stick products for a long time. I was talked into trying these and was told they really are dramatically better than any other product. That is certainly true. They are solid feeling, heavy to the touch, heat evenly, nothing sticks with or without using fat in the pans and they are tough, real tough. No scratches from metal utensils, easy clean up. Highly recommend these to anyone. Now I want more to replace all my other stuff!!

I bought these to replace my identical-ish set purchased in 2015. However, these don't come with lids AND BUMMER the old set's lids don't fit! Aside from that, omelettes slide around beautifully. Key points to preserve non-stick finish - DO NOT USE COOKING SPRAY, DON'T USE METAL UTENSILS AND DON'T USE MORE THAN MEDIUM HEAT. You're welcome.

I have used teflon (ew!), All Clad and a number of others over the years. I have been an amateur cook for the past eighteen or twenty years and these are by far my favorite. You don't need to use any oil, nothing ever sticks. I use oil sometimes for flavoring or browning, but I only a small amount and I frequently forgo the oil altogether. Eggs, pancakes, chicken, you name it, it won't stick (even without oil). Beyond the amazing non-stick properties, these pans cook SO evenly, I very impressed by their performance. Rivals the heat pattern you find on grilled cheese and pancakes at restaurants. Awesome pans. I was so impressed, I bought a set for my dad for Christmas.
