This Portable Sauna Steam Room is a great way to get the benefits of a sauna without having to leave my house. I absolutely love that I can jump into this thing at anytime, totally at my leisure, and then simply walk to my shower to rinse off in the privacy of my own home without having to drive anywhere. Setting the sauna up was fast and the instructions were easy to understand. Once you get it set up, you can still move it around, so I was able to test it out in a couple different room before settling on a final location (near the rest of my workout equipment). The steam machine works well and provides a lot of steam, which is great for both my sinuses and my skin. I even sprayed a little eucalyptus shower spray into the steam to give myself a full spa like experience. I am only 5'-3", but I do tend to get claustrophobic and this sauna feels spacious enough that it doesn't bother me. I have cats and don't want them climbing around inside the sauna, so I like that you can unzip the windows to let the sauna dry out without having to leave the main door unzipped. I'm really happy with this addition to my home gym/spa setup.

Well, I’m six feet tall, but that will be okay. Because I will be sitting down when I use this sauna for my personal health and relaxation. I have not used it yet, BUT, I wanted to review it (the portable sauna) based on its construction… the material used and the other parts that go into its use. It will fit very comfortably on our private porch and I can set up for the “before and after” preparations and activity that I’ll need to perform for the enjoyment of this very well made portable sauna. It’s easy to set up. The chair will support my weight (195 lbs.), but anyone bigger than that will need a more sturdy chair. We can figure that out, no problem. The material for the sauna itself is, in my view, very good quality and, with a little care, should last a long time. REMEMBER: this isn’t a permanent structure. It’s not like a redwood, four-person sauna with a bench and lava rocks- right? No, but it will be a very nice, very usable personal oasis for everything you might want in a wet sauna. It should be very good. My wife will love the foot massager, for sure. The other parts that go into what makes up the total package for an enjoyable break in my stressful day… to relax and even enjoy the benefits of sweating out some of the “bad stuff” and giving my lungs a hot, moisturizing therapeutic treatment … well, that can’t hurt, right? I look forward to a very enjoyable and helpful wet sauna that can be temperature adjusted for personal comfort levels and I’m even thinking (with a doctor’s careful advice) to be able to help myself or even my grandchild with a breathing therapy time treatment for the coughs and congestion that cannot seem to get relief from the usual medications or treatment. Years ago, I took saunas after a vigorous racketball session. So I’m hopeful to be able to duplicate that same “relaxing to the muscles” treatment only without the racketball. (My shoulders won’t allow for that anymore!- too bad- so sad…) But this portable sauna should work to provide all the other parts of a very helpful routine. Finally, the only part I’m wondering about it the “cleanups” after the use of the “sauna bath”. But that’s a part I expect to easily solve. I’ll let you know after my first few trips to the “steam room”. Okay?… okay! 🤓👍
