When it came in it was easy to assemble. Within a week, it quit working when it would get to a high temperature. Amazon sent a replacement to exhange. The replacement was worse, wouldn’t even heat up at all. Obviously cheaply made and would strongly recommend going with a different brand. At least Amazon has a good exchange policy, so we were able to get a refund but a huge hassle taking it back down and turning it into Kohls.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with this portable sauna. It’s easy to set up, well-designed, and works exactly as described. The heat builds up quickly and provides a relaxing, spa-like experience right at home. The materials feel sturdy and good quality, and it doesn’t take up much space when stored.

I ordered this product and it worked great. But less than 2 months later I started smelling something burning and smoke was coming from the heating unit. As of now it’s still working and I haven’t tried to contact them may be back in here to change up a bit depending I. Customer support etc! The unit is still working and so I would like to say maybe a drop water got in unit and had a scare. Unit still working as it should and performing to expectation

I’ve been using this portable steam sauna as soon as it arrived at home and overall I’m really happy with it. Setup was super easy the tent and folding chair were simple to assemble, and I didn’t need any tools. The dual YKK zippers make it easy to get in and out, and the dark blue color looks nice and calming. The 1200 W steamer with a 3 L water tank heats up quickly and produces consistent steam. I like that it has 9 heat levels and a 99 minute timer, so I can customize the session based on how I’m feeling. It’s really helped with stress relief and makes me sweat, which feels great after a long day. The folding chair inside is comfortable enough for a full session, and the size (about 32″ x 32″ x 71″) is tall enough that I don’t feel cramped. Cleanup is simple just empty and dry the tank after use.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas 2025. Started using it January 2nd. Stopped working yesterday, January 17, 2026. Worked great for 2 weeks. I will comment more after we determine what to do after we speak with seller. We may just wind up returning it. He loved it when it was working. Worked just like seller said it would, until it didn’t. UPDATE: We heard from the seller. Took about 5 days, but they did respond and offered to refund our money. They were professional in our correspondence and helpful.

The setup was easy and only took a few minutes. Pretty straight forward. the quality of the fabric feels ok but there are some gaps in between the zipper and the fabric itself. Set it up in my garage but it only got up to 104 degrees, my garage was 75 degrees. It's just not hot enough unless I'm doing something wrong. If it would at least reach 120 that would be great. The steam box was burning my feet at times, not sure if it was upside down but I burned myself trying to flip it over. I'm going to give it one more try but will likely return it.

Highly recommend. This sauna produces a lot steam. It takes about 15 mins to heat up, but once heated, it lasts for about 30 mins. I typically only stay inside 20 minutes at a time, so it's perfect for me. For easier assembly, I would recommend the following: assemble all the poles, with the exception of 1 side pole (keep that out). While assembling keep the structure laying on its side on the ground, then wrap the tent around the assembled poles, leaving it unzipped so the tent has movement. Then you can easily add the last pole, zip it up, and stand it upright. This made it much easier to assemble, rather then building the full structure and then trying to get the tent over the resembled poles because the tent is just too tight.
