I had knee surgery and this portable steam sauna has helped me a lot to relax my muscles and ease stiffness. The steam is strong, the cabin is spacious and comfy, and the quality is amazing: thick materials, well-stitched, and it holds heat really well. I use it for 20–30 minutes, sweat a lot, and feel so much lighter afterward. Super easy to use and store. Highly recommended if you’re recovering or want to care for your muscles!

The media could not be loaded. This portable steam sauna has been one of the best wellness purchases I’ve ever made! Setup was super simple—less than 10 minutes out of the box and it was ready to go. The steam generator heats quickly and fills the tent with warm, soothing steam that makes you feel like you're at a spa. One of the biggest benefits for me has been the sinus relief. I suffer from seasonal allergies and occasional sinus congestion, and this sauna has made a noticeable difference. Just 15–20 minutes inside and I can breathe so much easier. It clears everything out and leaves me feeling refreshed. It’s also great for sore muscles, stress relief, and general detox. Assembly was a breeze, took me about 6 minutes to finish. It came with easy to understand instructions and the only hard part is choosing the perfect location to place it. (I ended up setting it in the patio) This sauna box does what it intends to do. As soon as I got everything ready and available, I put distilled water, plugged it in and cranked it to the highest setting '9'. I'm surprised it warmed up quickly inside, just a few minutes and its ready. It functions as it should, about a minute inside and I'm already sweating profusely. It also relieved me of my nasal congestion. I would say its an absolute steal for its price. Your own personal steam sauna. My only concern is the power consumption. The lights on my patio would fluctuate everytime the heating element activates. So its best to have its own dedicated power source.
