I don't know that I'd want to put this up and down regularly. But for a small footprint sauna, I think it does pretty well. Having the remote is also nice to control from inside. But I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time to repeated humidity? But it does generate a lot of steam and heat inside when running so be sure to hydrate properly and don't overdo it. I wouldn't say it's quick enough to set up that we would tear it down after every use. It's probably 5-10 minute setup but I don't think I'd bother with 20 minutes of setup and teardown every time we want to use it. So it's just up semi-permanently for now. It does take a while (10-15 min?) to heat up and start steaming but the steamer seems like good quality (this is our first sauna so maybe there are better steamers out there). So you need to plan a bit ahead and get it turned on before you plan on getting in. The chair isn't super sturdy but is a slightly smaller version of a standard camp chair. Larger users may need to consider using their own chair inside. It's comfortable enough in the sauna and is easy to move around. The water basin that goes inside is a little flimsy but does a good job of collecting / trapping liquids so it doesn't spill all over inside. I guess the one thing I would have preferred is to have the port that connects to the outside to be on the back instead of on the right side (when looking from the front). The way we want it to sit in our room requires us to put the external steamer unit in plain view where it would be more aesthetically pleasing if it were able to tuck behind on the left side and be out of view when not in use. Disconnecting the tubing isn't super easy because of the tight seal so I don't want to stress the port by constantly connecting and disconnecting. Not a huge deal but would have been more versatile.

Works well for the price. Easy to assemble. Stitching around door already pulled away. Was not sown well. Bought it for Christmas gift for my husband and he sat it up in January. He enjoys it and can live with the bad stitching but disappointed that it was so quick to have stitching issues.

I never thought I’d have a sauna at home, but here we are! This thing heats up fast, and the steam is powerful. The setup is simple, and I love that I can control the temperature to my liking. Perfect for relaxing after a long shift—feels like a personal spa!

I was skeptical, but I’m so glad my husband talked me into getting this steam room. It has been one of the best Amazon products we’ve gotten. Assembly was quick and easy, and it’s super simple to use. I don’t know much about how hot they’re supposed to get, but it’s hot enough to get a good sweat without being uncomfortable. I can usually tolerate 25-30mins per session, and feel great afterwards. We typically use it after workouts, but our whole family got hit really hard this season with various flus and respiratory viruses, and this thing was a godsend for our sinuses.

Love a sauna but hate driving to the gym? Here's a great alternative that will give you a sauna at home for a fraction of what you would have expected to spend. I was concerned that it would be flimsy but it turns out the fabric is actually quite thick and should stand up well. All the components you need are provided with it. A great alternative to having to go to the gym or the spa.

I had never used a home sauna before trying this product, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how well it works. Setting it up was straightforward, even on my first attempt. It took me about 20 minutes initially, but with practice, I’m confident it will take under 10 minutes once I’m more familiar with the process. The sauna is spacious and accommodates a slightly larger chair if you prefer to swap out the included small one, which is functional but not particularly comfortable. The instructions were adequate but could be clearer in certain areas. One issue I encountered was with the blue cover for the steam generator. It needs to be fully seated before locking the small plastic tabs into place. These tabs feel a bit flimsy and might not hold up well with repeated use. If the cover isn’t secured properly, the steam will escape, and the lid may pop off. Attempting to fix this while the water is steaming is unsafe, so you’ll need to let it cool down first. The connecting hoses are a bit short, which could be limiting depending on your setup. The power cord for the steam generator is also very short, requiring me to use a power strip to connect it to an outlet near my bathroom sink. I chose the bathroom to set it up so I could run the exhaust fan and prevent excess steam from filling the house. Once operational, the sauna performed impressively. In just 10 minutes, it reached nearly 100°F and maintained around 95% humidity at full power, providing a delightful steam room experience. Taking it down was quick and easy—less than 5 minutes—and it mostly fit back into the original box. To prevent getting the packaging wet, I let it air dry overnight to minimize moisture before storing it away. Overall, this portable sauna is an excellent addition for anyone seeking a convenient spa experience at home, especially during cold, dry winters. While there are minor drawbacks with the accessories and setup process, the results and ease of use make it a worthwhile purchase. I look forward to many cozy sessions this season!
