Excellent for rice
Size: 1.5 Quarts
Needed a small pan for rice, gravy, etc. so the capacity is very adequate. Most pans rice sticks to bottom. I have not had this happen severely. Some stick, but it's minimal and a spatula scrapes it up easily. A litle soap and water and sponge and your pot is clean. The pan is also light and well built.

I bought this pan to try out the Hybrid Nonstick. I seasoned the pan. I have used it a few times and it washed up really nicely. The handle didn’t get hot to the touch on my gas stove.
