I ordered the "Samsung Galaxy S9, 64gb, Midnight Black-Fully unlocked" after the back glass piece of my current phone, got shattered somehow and the audio chip got damaged.. I just got the phone today. I like that the phone came days early.. looks brand new minus the piece on top that comes out so you can put the microsd card and sim card in, is alittle raised at the top compared to the previous phone's.. it turned right on and had the prompt screen after its been factory reset..and that it came with three keys for the top piece.. What I didn't like initially was the fact there was only a thin bubble sleeve around the phone but no other packing to keep the phone from getting shattered during shipping by the wall outlet piece or the three keys from stabbing it since they were loose in the box..and I was under the impression that the phone came with an extra 64 gb microsd card since the photos showed that (also I believe the details also said so, but I didn't memorize that). The phone itself typically has 64gb memory built in, so no reason to show a photo of a 64gb microsd card in the top slot also unless it was included. I'll update my review on how well it works and if it's truly fully unlocked, when I get everything else for the phone and set everything up, along with any changes/corrections that may or may not be done by the seller. ... show more

While it's an older phone, it can still in my opinion work as a daily driver for those who don't need the fancy features of today's phones. And at the price, you really can't go wrong

I had a Samsung J2 before this one. It was always running low on memory which causes it to slow down. I had to reboot at times to really clear out the cruft. This phone has much more memory for apps but also has a lot more memory for the programs to run on as well. The result is a much faster phone. This has been a good phone so far. I've been using it for a month or so now. It was easy to transfer everything from old phone to new phone. Took it about a hour but I included pictures and video as well. If it was just the basics, it would have only taken a few minutes. I can see this phone lasting me a while unless I do something to break it. It is really slick tho. I would order a case for it with the order of the phone itself. It would easily slide out of ones hand without a case. While I'm sure there is newer phones that are faster, this is a really good phone for this price point. Review written for a Samsung Galaxy S9 plain not the plus model. ... show more

    • Works great, good battery life, no visible damage on phone, behaves like brand new phone.
One concern I always have about buying older phones is that the battery is also older and does not hold charge as well as a new phone but this refurbished phone's battery behaves like a new phone holding it's charge for almost 2 days on full charge. The phone itself has no damage that I can see and behaves like one fresh out the box. The day it came in the mail I went to ATNT and had my prepaid account restored with a new sim card and have had no issues on that end. I use the iris detection as my primary way of unlocking the lock screen and it seems to work more reliably then the S8 I had before, almost never have issues. Overall would recommend this seller if you want a refurbished phone as the price was great and the phone behaves like a new one. ... show more
