I've had this vacuum for about a month now, and I actually look forward to zipping around the house with this thing... It's very lightweight, battery lasts long enough for me to do two floors' worth of hardwood, rugs, plus carpeted runner on stairs , also some light dusting with the attachment. Suction is excellent. The real highlight though is the BAG. One review mentioned that the flap staying open after using the bag suction is a flaw... I got in the habit of closing the flap right after doing bag suction, and it's no problem at all... then it's ready to go for next time. This vacuum is designed SO WELL. I've had Dysons and I hate the bagless vacuum idea, I find it disgusting to have to breathe in all that dust just trying to empty it out. Worse yet, on my Dyson i found myself having to dig around inside to pull vacuumed gunk out. Never buying one again. Lastly, the cup and filter design is brilliant, so easy to take apart and rinse out. I've only done it once so far, and it really wasn't that dirty. I have this out in the open in our mudroom because it's so darned cute, I just cannot hide it in my broom closet, even though there's room and it has an outlet. ;) ... show more

Love it. Powerful suction even on the lowest setting, and it is very easy to use. The discharge bag is huge, and for our modest home, it held a month's worth of debris.

So far I LOVE this vacuum. Most of my carpet has been removed and we've installed vinyl plank flooring. The vacuum does an awesome job! It does okay on the carpets but i would not recommend if u have mostly carpet. The ease of me grabbing the vacuum and returning to its station is great.

This vac is pricey $$$ but it is worth it to me because my back is bad, and this thing is lightweight and easy to handle. I can vacuum my living room and all the dog crumbs in less than 15 min. This vac does so much more than the floor, it has two other attachments that clean my window boards, and this works great for me. I would buy this again for sure! ... show more

Arrived damaged, with parts missing. At time of purchase, the Misty White color option was the higher priced of the two color choices and I purchased the Misty White, so perhaps these models were defective? In any case, this was an expensive vacuum cleaner that I didn’t mind paying a hefty price for if it performed as expected, but it did not. The motor died within minutes of turning on (despite full battery charges, and repeated attempts at troubleshooting), the dual roller brush arrived split & shredded (the actual rubber part of the rolling brush that spins in order to pick up debris), and lastly, there were no spare bags included, despite the photo indicating the obverse. Overall a disappointing experience with Samsung and Amazon - deciding whether to exchange for the blue model or return for refund. I’ll keep you posted and update feedback when Amazon responds to these issues. My updated review will reflect whether or not Amazon seamlessly exchanges and/or returns, or if they cause further problems. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this in used good condition. It came with all parts, new bags, and a manual. The packaging was so impressive that I thought they had sent me a brand new one by mistake. The only indication that it was used was a slight dusting on the floor rollers of the vacuum and the box. I had a blast vacuuming my stairs! It's lightweight, not too loud, and the head is incredibly smooth to control. The angled tip was perfect for corners. The suction power was fantastic – powerful and with a long-lasting battery. Specifically, because it's so easy and fun to use, I find myself looking for opportunities to use it. The battery life changes derasticlly depending on the power level you set it to (easy, medium, high, or Jet), the battery never died on me. Even on the first use, I did a lot of vacuuming and used Jet mode multiple times. The self-emptying bucket works flawlessly, pulling everything out. There was only one instance where I had to manually clean it – when I picked up a broken hair tie I missed during pickup. The bag in the base seems small, but it holds a decent amount. The functionality is top-notch, and every moving part on this vacuum is smooth. The parts with manual buttons feel sturdy yet soft to use – my arthritic grandmother could easily use this vacuum. ... show more

Love the vacuum. It is great in every aspect with the exception of battery life. The battery at 100% lasted less than 30 minutes at best with the min to mid setting. After requesting a battery replacement because original was defective, we were offered a 10% refund towards a new battery or approx $75, however a new battery is $150.00, and for the cost of the vacuum this is not great service.
