We purchased the 65-in QN95B. We've been extremely happy with it for the past year. I've read ALL the negative reviews, but we've had exactly zero of those problems. We have an incredibly bright living room with tall ceilings, so after extensive research on YouTube we settled with this. OLED was tempting, but the fear of 'burn- in' is real. A family member games on it, and has no complaints (This is noteworthy after hearing nothing but complaints for 7yrs with our now replaced Sony 🙄). The picture is bright, vivid and impressive. No problems with audio and our BOSE speakers hooked up nicely. The remote is very similar to an Amazon fire stick. There's YouTube videos on the easiest way to assemble this TV. It's very heavy, especially the base, and the screen is thin and delicate so it will take two ppl. The 'one connect box' is a legit selling point also. All TV's should have this feature nowadays. Words cannot express how much I hate this TV. The picture is great, but the smart side of it is atrocious. The menus are slow and glitchy and never seem to register the remote control buttons presses correctly. You hit an arrow button once, sometimes it does nothing, sometimes it acts like you're holding it down. I've literally given up on watching things after spending 15 minutes just trying to select or search for them. I have no idea why the most basic feature of any TV can be so bad on a TV this big and expensive, but I'll never buy LG again after this experience. ... show more

This is the second Samsung QN95 Series TV I have purchased. The first was the 65 inch (2018) model. I really like the One Connect Box system because there is only one cable running from the TV to the One Connect Box. I personally don't like having a multitude of cables hanging down the wall from the TV. You then connect additional items, such as HD DVD Player, Amazon Fire Stick 4K, etc., to the One Connect Box. I believe there are 4 HDMI connections on the One Connect Box. I hook the One Connect box to my AV Receiver, which provides even more room for adding additional optional equipment. It does take two men to wall mount this TV. Simply because of the size. The recommended Samsung Wall Mount is available online for around 85.00. The picture quality is outstanding! Especially when viewing 4K UHD content, which more and more Streaming Services are offering. There're some great You Tube videos out that show how to 'tweak' the picture, in the various TV settings options, to make the picture really POP out at you! The TV's refresh rate is 120Hz which is great! Less blurring when shows having stuff panning across the TV. You can buy cheaper TVs, but you don't get the quality picture the higher end TVs, like this TV, provide. You can also buy more expensive TVs, like 8K, but why? They don't even produce content in 8K yet! I haven't had an issue with the 2018 model I bought and I hope this 2022 model is just as reliable. Time will tell!. I highly recommend this TV if you want the most bang for your buck!     • Lovely Picture, Major Sound Problem: Read Here for the Fix

The picture is fantastic, with the most impressive aspect being the extremely low image lag while running game mode with motion smoothing, in which additional frames are added to low frequency video to reduce blur and jostle. This is uncommon on most TVs, and enables buttery smooth 24 Hz and 30 Hz video and games, without introducing any noticeably delay, key for video gaming. Unfortunately, the TV has a major sound issue. The back panel is not thoroughly secured to the main body, and has a resonance frequency of 95 Hz. That means that when the bass triggers from the built in subwoofers, you get major buzzing due to vibration of said panel. The fixes are fortunately simple. First, insert an approximately two 2 x 6" long rectangles paper inside the casing along the lower left edge of the television. Push the rectangles in until they disappear. These will eliminate buzzing from the loose bottom left corner by preventing the panel from touching the TV body. Second, obtain six M8-sized rubber washers. If you're using the floor mount, additionally obtain six M8 x 8 mm, coarse-threaded bolts. Whether wall mount bolts or the additionally purchased bolts, screw the bolts into each of the six VESA holes, using a rubber washer for each one. The pressure will reduce overall panel vibration. I recommend McMaster-Carr as the source for your parts. The aforementioned fixes will address most of your issues, though there is some milder, overall TV panel vibration in response to heavy 95 Hz sound. I don't consider said vibration to be an issue, however. Overall, it really is a great TV with a clear production flaw that Samsung should address, but unfortunately, has not. ... show more

Update. Over 8 weeks to get a refund. Total junk and sad corporate service. Only buy this TV if you want a unit that not only fails but Samsumg Service is a Joke. I bought a warranty that does not kick in until the Samsung warranty is out. My TV has been dead, black even after two visits from techs. Today they were supposed to bring more new parts and canceled with no update or resolution. I talked to Samsung directly, and they are unwilling to give me a refund or a new product. They just said I have to wait. Thirty days without a TV working is a complete joke and most important they only give you attitudes. NO SERVICE. I was getting ready to buy a Samsung Terrace outdoor TV from them but not now. ... show more
