We purchased the 65-in QN95B. We've been extremely happy with it for the past year. I've read ALL the negative reviews, but we've had exactly zero of those problems. We have an incredibly bright living room with tall ceilings, so after extensive research on YouTube we settled with this. OLED was tempting, but the fear of 'burn- in' is real. A family member games on it, and has no complaints (This is noteworthy after hearing nothing but complaints for 7yrs with our now replaced Sony 🙄). The picture is bright, vivid and impressive. No problems with audio and our BOSE speakers hooked up nicely. The remote is very similar to an Amazon fire stick. There's YouTube videos on the easiest way to assemble this TV. It's very heavy, especially the base, and the screen is thin and delicate so it will take two ppl. The 'one connect box' is a legit selling point also. All TV's should have this feature nowadays. I never write reviews, but had to voice this one. I've been a loyal Samsung customer for over 10 years now. Even have the Samsung Phone. But I can't tell you how frustrated I am with this Television. Before I ordered this 85" 2022 85" model, I telephone Samsung directly to verify the One Connect Cable length. I have a 65" 2019 One Connect unit on my wall now, so wanted to confirm what length that new cable is. I was told 16 feet. I even confirmed this with the Samsung representative three times before letting him off the phone. Received the TV this morning, unboxed the One Connect Cable, and it's a little over 6 feet, not 16 feet! My 2019 One Connect Cable is approximately 16 feet long! My entertainment cabinet is not but about 6 feet from the wall Television location, but a 6 foot cable will not reach both the TV and the One Connect Box. I call Samsung again, thinking they will try and sell me a new longer cable. Was put on hold by the same person some three times and when he finally got back to me I was told "There is no longer cable for the 2022 model", period! All I could do is return the TV! What the heck? This is what I get for being a loyal Samsung customer? No more Samsung for me! This is utter rubbish, and yes, I have toned down my language because what I would like to say will never get published here. Shame on you Samsung!!!!!!!! ... show more

Setting up this TV was stressful - from minuscule instructions that can't be read without a microscope to endless do-loops trying to get the thing to work. The actual TV and stand are quite heavy (which I expected based on the product information) and the TV has to be laid on a flat surface, screen down, to install the mounting hardware. This is definitely a two-person job. Once set up, though, the picture quality is very good and there is a lot of depth to the image. I have my TV on the included stand, but I used the wall mounting cable and put the one connect box on a shelf under the TV for easy access - I wish this option had been explained in the instructions. The remote takes a lot of getting used to, and navigation is cumbersome - but I'm sure it's because I'm on the steep end of the learning curve. This is my very first flat screen TV, and I feel like I now have a home cinema! ... show more

Within 2 day of receiving the TV I was experiencing issues with it turning off, distorted choppy sounds and jumpy picture. The customer service rep was very informative and helpful. He was able to point me in the right direction to get a in-home service appointment through the manufacture warranty. Within a week, I had a Samsung certified repair tech on sight to replace some internal components and two months in thus far no additional issues have emerged. Overall, the TV is pretty dope.     • Disappointed with TV for many reasons

First, the design of the tv- there is a separate box which contains the brains of the tv and cords. It is separate from the screen itself and made it difficult to mount to the wall. Second, the tv would suddenly shut off and could not be restarted with having to unplug from the wall and restarting it. It happened at random times. Called Samsung and it was not covered by warranty as it was a 2022 version…what???? Tried troubleshooting many time with various customer service reps and nothing worked. It’s pretty heavy and big so was not so simple to just return. Finally was able to get approved by Amazon for return and had to purchase another TV as it just kept shutting off. New TV works great! We had to pack the old TV in the new box and have it picked up by UPS. What a disappointment. Buyers beware. ... show more
