To the people complaining about screws stripping... pre-drill the holes with the appropriate drill bit, don't set your drills torque to max and use the correct sized phillips bit. Using a phillips bit for smaller screws will of course strip any larger screw head. Use common sense and use studs duh! With drywall anchors and not into studs, this thing will probably only hold like 50lbs. I didn't have one screw strip (because I've hung things heavier than picture frames before) but even if it does strip, they are hex heads too. You can use a hex nut driver bit (it's in mm not sae little smaller than 7/16th). They're not the best screws but they'll do the job, was very happy kit came with screws. Holding about 100lbs no problem. If you intend to put 200-300 lbs of lumber on these then might want to drill out the mounting holes to be larger and find larger screws (the racks themselves can hold up). The roll prevention pins saved me the first time I went to put the 2" PVC on the top row. Didn't pay attention and it rolled forward and hit the pins. I stood there in amazement, it would have landed on my head, pins are worth it for round objects like pipe! Inherited termite infested shed from previous homeowner don't judge. ... show more

5 out of the 8 screws have broken while tightening them to the joints in my wall. Pretty upset about that. I have to go out of my way to buy new shrewd. Kind of scary that that’s what would have been holding up my lumber.

Sturdy brackets that are easy to install. They work well in my shop I just wish the spacing of the supports was wider. I could only use it for two shelves in my shop instead of three like I had hoped. The paint seams to be good quality and weld quality is pretty good too.
