I bought this chlorine generator for my pool six months ago and it was working fine until it wasn’t and I opened the top and I finally the wire leads connecting the unit were burnt off so I replaced the connections on it and it’s still not working properly and to try to get a hold of the company to get specifications or details on how to eat how to repair it or return it for a defective piece of equipment within six months of a five year warranty and I can’t get a hold of anybody to discuss the issue. It keeps on sending me around in circles from Amazon to the manufacturer and I still can’t get any results. Can somebody please send me a note? Ask telling me how I can get in touch with these people or have Amazon get back to me. Thanks for getting back to me. The response that I got back from the Sheila and also the manufacturer of the product have been excellent. We talked about the product. We try to resolve any issues mechanically with the product, but in any event, the company and the service has been very well received and I appreciate them getting back to me and I would not hesitate from buying from this seller or manufacturer again thanks in advance for solving my problem Bob

We have bee problems at the pool. This was our hail mary move as we heard saltwater chlorine may detract the bees. IT WORKED! The salt is less expensive than chlorine and the water does not cloud up.

A good product. It is easy to install and works perfectly as expected. It is especially convenient to control and view the working conditions with mobile apps though it’s very basic. A minor issue is that my pump is timer controlled. When the pump is turned off, it keeps beeping with F2 error.

works really well. It runs every 24 hours once set. I connected it to my intex hoses using some adapters bought at the hardware store (PVC and glue) as well as intex hose connectors. For the 5,000 gallon pool, I only run it at 25% (3 or 4 hours run time) and my chlorine is perfect.
