I like the way this looks and it will definitely help me keep my laundry tidier. My only complaint is the hamper bags. Not only are they smaller than most other laundry hampers I've seen, they're secured to the rails via velcro, which is only barely strong enough to hold the weight of a full (and, as noted, already-small) hamper bag. In a future version of this design I would hope to see dimensions increased, and for the hamper bags to be hung from the rails using a hook and grommet system instead of velcro. ... show more

There were a few nicks from shipping but I didn’t bother with exchanging or sending back. I love the second shelf. Wish they made a third shelf option. I found me some baskets but if they’d already come with baskets that would be awesome. The ONLY thing I’d love to change is the color tan to gray on the canvas bags and also wish they were not so wrinkly and it would be even more functional if there was a liner inside the liner that could be taken out easier to take to laundry room (my laundry room is across the house on other side so I have to walk holding metal rods at the top all the way and it doesn’t empty that well into washing machine. I purchase two of these one for each bathroom. Happy with purchase. Just wish was gray and had a liner inside both had nicks from shipping but I kept both anyway. I really like this hamper. It looks great in our newly remodeled laundry room. From a distance and in the photos, the bags look like they would not hold much, but they are rather large up close and personal. They are certainly sufficient for my husband and me. The rustic wood finish warms up the space, and I like that I can place a small lamp on the top shelf. I keep the dusting cloths in a wicker basket on the second shelf. It's sturdy all around. The bags are not machine washable, but they are made of a thick-ish plastic with a burlap-type finish on the outside. All you have to do to clean the bags is shake them out and wipe them down with a mild cleaner. I'm glad that I didn't settle for an ordinary basket, and I don't mind paying a little more for something when it's worth it. ... show more
