Ordered April 27th, received June 27th! I do not recommend this seller due to shipping. The product was packaged nicely. I'm no stranger to the gym and serious daily workouts, and this thing is still a challenge. Don't think you can use it the way it's shown in the image either...it will wreck your forearms! Poor advertisement practice. As mentioned in other reviews, it isn't silent.

The ones complaining obviously lack the strength to use it properly. Do not get this if you are not in good enough shape, because it does require decent force to properly control the reps.
