Nice product… they are angled when you hang them, but I imagine they’ll come down a bit when weight is added. Easy install, good instructions.

I wasn't sure exactly what to expect when I got these, but they turned out to be great shelves. The lag bolts were larger than expected and the brackets and shelves are high quality. The brackets have a short footprint so they aren't very far below the shelves. I was able to stack tools and hardware on them with no problem and eliminate multiple floor shelving units. One not is that they have a slight angle toward the wall (a nice feature to keep things on the shelf) so if you need to have a particular ceiling clearance make sure to measure that from the front of the shelf.
