EDIT: The company reached out to me and provided helpful instructions on how to resolve the issue. They also sent a video that was very helpful. Thank you very much for the quick service and support. Bought for dad with mobility issues. He really liked the quality, features, and ease of use while in use. However, seat can be dangerous for elderly people. Very difficult for parents to unfold seat and lock into place. Beware of seat when not fully locked, it can collapse and cause serious injury. After unloading from vehicle, mom pulled up on seat but it did not lock in place even though it seemed to be fully upright. She sat down and seat folded onto her leg, caused her to fall over and trapped her underneath. Had to wait for dad who has difficulty walking to try to help her up. Her leg is luckily not broken but she is sore and bruised. With all the audible warnings, backup alerts, and other commands this scooter yells out, you would think the seat not locking in place would be more clear and give you a warning. Everyone be careful when purchasing this model!

We LOVE this scooter so far. It folds up nicely and is very easy to get in and out of my Lexus ES350 trunk, it has long battery life, it’s comfortable, my husband is very pleased with it. We only have to remove the basket to fold it up and it comes off very easily. This was an excellent purchase - well worth the money.

Paiseec S3 Scooter was received on time and well packaged. The box was damaged during delivery, but the scooter was fine. It was easy to unpack and not overly heavy. It performed well, both on and off road, with all safety features functioning as stated in product description. We are of the opinion that the scooter would not be comfortable for a larger person. We did encounter a couple issues that were immediately addressed. The Paiseec customer service representative kept us completely informed by both phone and email. Overall, we are satisfied with this purchase.

My wonderful children surprised me with a mobility scooter, and I can't believe I didn't get one sooner! It has made me feel so independent and free. We had a fantastic time going out to see the beautiful Christmas decorations at our local casino, followed by a lovely dinner. Plus, I took my grandkids to play some fun arcade games! The best part? I had a full battery all day long and just charged it overnight while I slept. It’s super easy to load when we go out, and driving it feels incredibly safe. The seat is so comfy, too! This scooter is well designed and easy to assemble. However , if you are large, you may find it a little small. I weigh about 165 lbs and find it a little cramped. On the other hand, it fits in a car rather easily so we can't have everything. Some of the good things are (1) it is quite stable. it automatically slows down when you make a turn, (2) it goes 6 mph; other scooters in this class go 4 to 5 mph. (3) When placed in backup mode a voice comes on telling you that you are backing up resulting in far fewer accidents. (4) It goes over the small lip on a driveway apron very easily. The wheels do not catch and rip the control handle out of your hands. (5) it has an easily readable digital speedometer.
