info says lightweight.. nope avoids telling that the battery cannot be removed , so cannot lightens weight for loading gives no help for ideas to load in car I wanted for going on bike trail waling paths I can no longer enjoy, but transport impossible .. have asked for a refund wonder how much they will ding me for this?

This is what I found during my use: It offers a solid balance of balance, portability, and safety. With its 25 mile range, really great for daily use. The 2-step folding makes it easy to store in the cars trunk. The all terrain tires and the 250W motor handles a variety of surfaces smoothly, while the anti roll-over and seat sensor add peace of mind. Although the 6.2 mph top speed might be slower for some, it is perfectly safe for navigation. Lightweight but sturdy with friendly controls plus handy extras like a basket and headlight, it’s a great mobility solution. Cons: speed options: while the three speed modes are useful (6.2, 3.7, 1.8 mph), top speed might be slower for some users, however the trade off for safety especially for seniors or those navigating tight and crowded spaces, will find it ideal. Weight: even though it’s relatively light for its class at 70.5 pounds, it is still cumbersome for those that need to lift it into a car without help.

I bought the S3 model a few days ago. A little heavy for one person to manage when it comes to storing it. It folds well and has a relatively small footprint. I store it in an inside closet, see photo. The seat is comfortable, the handling is very easy, it is actually fun to drive! People seem to be attracted to it as I drive around. Easy to get in and out my apartment. Manages slight inclines and declines well, feels safe and stable, holds the charge well. I tested it in several scenarios to determine if I would keep or return, and so far, I have not been disappointed! It would be helpful if there were a local service place, but hopefully, the quality will remain as reliable, and the company assured me that they will take care of any problems. The price is a bit high compared to others I looked at; however, it shows in the design and construction of it.

My wonderful children surprised me with a mobility scooter, and I can't believe I didn't get one sooner! It has made me feel so independent and free. We had a fantastic time going out to see the beautiful Christmas decorations at our local casino, followed by a lovely dinner. Plus, I took my grandkids to play some fun arcade games! The best part? I had a full battery all day long and just charged it overnight while I slept. It’s super easy to load when we go out, and driving it feels incredibly safe. The seat is so comfy, too!
