The remote arrived without a battery even though there was a plastic piece inserted under the battery lid that you usually remove when something is brand new. So that was beyond frustrating because after assembling it and trying to preheat it, I had to look all over the house for one of these 2032BP-6 batteries. It took me over an hour to find one so basically wasting precious time that I could’ve been in the sauna practicing self-care. Yes, I could’ve just manually set it on the container but it’s not realistic or convenient once you’re in the sauna. For my personal safety I need the remote so that I may quickly turn it off if I ever need to. I need that peace of mind, but also just knowing you can increase or decrease the time or temperature without having to zip it down and get out is that I paid $120 for. I could’ve paid less than $100 for once that didn’t come with a remote but I chose this one for that small “luxury.” I also replaced the chair with my own small folding chair. So keep all of these things in mind: be ready to have to replace the chair and have these special batteries at hand for your remote. Happy steaming!!! ... show more

    • Misleading information on product!
Theres a lot of offers from similar products. I was looking to shop one with 110/220v voltage, since I live in South America and we use 220V. This product is advertised as 110/220v. I even asked specifically if that information was true, unafortunately without answer. I've decided to trust the info, buy the product. Had to pay 125 US to get it home and sure enough, the unit I received is 110 v only. You shouldn't deceive potential clients like that! ... show more

The chair that comes with this is very flimsy, would recommend buying a different chair. Everything else is great and very easy to use.
