    • Be careful of "Renewed" in headline and Condition "New"
I learned a valuable lesson with this purchase. I missed the "Renewed" in the product headline. I was focused on looking for a NEW unit. The condition said New. When I got the machine there was a sticker on the manual that said it had been "Factory Reconditioned" and as a result there is only a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, I didn't see this until after the unit had been used. It had to be reset 3 times during the course of using it. I am now wondering if that is a defect that wasn't "reconditioned" enough. Because this unit came from a reseller and NOT Amazon directly, I cannot return it in the usual Amazon easy fashion. I feel duped, and I can only hope that the unit holds up alright. I paid what full retail would have been at a big box store for a NEW unit. ... show more

Purchased at Home Depot had to return all 3 due to defects. Home Depot mgr very helpful but Ryobi couldn’t give a damn about the experience. Stay away!!! Terrible product, terrible customer service on hold waiting for a representative for 1 hr and 50 min before being cut off by closing time. When I finally got thru they had no interest in trying to make up for all the inconvenience. ... show more
