For reference, I usually wear a size 8.5 in most shoes, and 9 in most boots. A lot of other reviewers said to size up, so I went with the 9. It. fits. PERFECTLY. I cannot believe how comfortable these shoes are!!! I was afraid that I might be past my high-heel days (as anything beyond 2 inches has been difficult for me to manage these past few years), but these fit like a dream and aren't bothersome to walk in at all. Honestly, they're sooooo comfortable. Have you ever seen "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium"? He finds a pair of shoes that he loves so completely that he bought enough to last him for the rest of his life... That's how I feel with these boots - I need enough backup pairs to last me forever! The shoes look as great as they feel, they're not squeaky at all when I walk, they're are easy to lace up, and they have good grip on the soles so I don't have to worry about slipping on hard floors or wet ground. I don't know what else to say - these botos are amazing. I seriously hope these are going to last a good while because they're definitely my new favorite.

Rating: Solid Recommendation So the thing you need to know about these boots is that they are costume quality, not meant for daily, regular wear. Instead of thick, durable leather or similar fabric, these boots are primarily made with the same fake leather that you'd find in other costume pieces. The result is that the boots end up fitting quite well because the material stretches easily. However, that also means that these boots aren't as stable as they could be - just walking around I had to be extra diligent and deliberate with each step, otherwise the heel wouldn't land right and possibly throw me off. Tightening down the laces helped a lot, but there's room for improvement. Despite the cheap materials, these boots have survived Halloween and a costume party. I recommend padding for the balls of your feet because I ended up with blisters both times. I really like the design! They’re fairly comfortable to begin with but the padding on the inside rubs away sooner than expected. It’s not too much of an issue though. They’re pretty tall heels so comfort isn’t really expected. I got some Dr Schols toe pads and a pack of gel callus covers and I was good all day. They’re really durable in my opinion but I also tend to treat my shoes with care, so that may just be the way I take care of them. They’re definitely not gonna fall apart when you get them though! I really like them. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 in most shoes and these were no exception. I got the 8.5 and the width and toe fit perfectly. The length inside of it though was a bit long, however. I had some heel room leftover. I’m not sure whether a 8 would’ve fit better or not though. My main concern was the toe and width and since it fits there, I have no big complaints

I actually do like these boots, I’ve always loved boots like this. The material, the color, the shade, the look & height. The reason I’m giving these boots 3 stars is because of the quality. When I put the heels on to make sure they fit & are durable, the heel feels like they are bending inward.

BUYER BEWARE- SHOES RUN LARGE, AND DO NOT BE SURPRISED TO RECEIVE MISLABELED SHOES IN INCORRECT SIZES I usually wear a 6.5, so I ordered a 6.5 (CN 39). I measured my foot and checked against their measuring chart, and it also indicated a 6.5. When it arrived the shoe was absolutely enormous, so I started a return and ordered a 6 (CN 38) and 5.5 (CN 37) to try to figure out where I actually fell. I received the 6 and 5.5 today, and I opened the 5.5 and tried it on, and it was, again, absolutely enormous- it didn't seem like it had gotten any smaller despite being supposedly a full size smaller. So I checked the packaging bag and confirmed that it said 5.5 CN 37, but then I looked at the bottom of the shoe, and the embossed/imprinted marking said CN 38- a size 6, despite being labeled a 5.5. The size 6 I was sent also said 38 on the bottom. I had not yet returned the original 6.5, so I looked on the bottom of that shoe as well, and despite its packaging saying 6.5 CN 39, the bottom of the shoe ALSO said 38. So despite ordering 3 pairs shoes that were supposed to be in 3 different sizes (5.5 CN 37, 6 CN 38, and 6.5 CN 39), I received three pairs of shoes that were all size 6 CN 38, all of which were ENORMOUS on me (usually a 6.5). I have ordered the 5.5 again in hopes that I will finally actually receive a shoe with a CN 37 marking on the bottom to try, but I admit I am not hopeful at this rate after being sent the incorrect size 2 out of 3 times. I will update this review once I receive the next attempt.

LOVE THESE BOOTS! I’m a size 8.5 I ordered up a half size based on comments and they fit perfect! The heel is high but still comfortable to walk in because of rubber soles. Quality is ok, they won’t last forever but still a great pair of boots for the price.
