  • Love this electric riding mower
Product is great. Has enabled me to mow my lawn in under an hour whereas it used to take 3 hours with my previous push electric mower. The seller was great to work with, very responsive and flexible. I recommend this product and the seller.

  • Useless
Since this product has been ordered in 9/24/2022, and deliveered back in 9/29/2022, this products has never been started. During this difficult days I have contacted to a seller BT-Smart agent Mr.Basil Aza in Georgia and we have tried to fix it but still not fixed it and has been sitting down in my garage. In the meantime I have bought ASURION 3 years Lawn and Garden Extended Protection Plan. How can I handle this problem? ... show more

  • Not completed
I dislike the fact that I still have to finish printed together before I can try it out. I don't have a steering wheel as yet.

  • Battery Problems After Only 3.2hrs of Use
Overview I won't go into all of the benefits of an electric riding mower vs. a gas because I'm sure anyone reading this already knows. After months of research I purchased this mower for my 0.97 acre yard. I figured that was the perfect size for this mower and would ensure that the batteries never dropped below 50% charged. The Good - I really like that you can adjust the alignment for the front wheels. My Craftsman had a major front end alignment issue and the only fix was to replace the entire front assembly. -The rest of the construction seems high quality. I have not looked under it at the cutting deck to see the blade quality but I did read where others said the blade quality is not that great. From above at least everything seems high quality -Speed. This thing is FAST. Once you turn off the blades you better hold on; 8mph does not sound like much until you are driving it through your yard or trying to slowly ease it into a space. -Turning Radius. I was surprised at how well it turns, it almost feels like a zero turn mower but without the expense. Although the cutting deck is smaller than the gas mower that it replaced, the decreased turning radius makes up for it. The BAD I really want this mower to work, I love not having to go get gas, change the oil, replace the belts. etc. etc. But this mower has only one job...cut the grass. After only 3wks of use, it seems to have developed major battery problems. -Battery drops to 50% after only 10min of use. I followed the instructions to the letter for preparing this mower. I ran a dedicated 20amp circuit to the storage shed for this mower, I immediately charged the batteries after the mower arrived before its first use, I made sure to connect the charger to the mower then the charger to the wall plug, I even let it sit fully charged for a week prior to it's first use. The first time out was no problem, ran perfect, and only dropped to 70% by the time I was done with the yard. A month later I went to use it and right after I started cutting the grass the meter had dropped to 50%, I thought maybe I did something wrong so I reconnected it to the charger. It went to 100% and I finished the yard. Fast forward 30 days later, this time I checked the charger; solid light so its not charging, I checked the mower; solid light not charging; I checked the battery meter, 100%. Within 10min of cutting the grass it suddenly dropped to 50%. I went ahead and cut the whole yard but I'm within the 90 days of purchasing it so I am just going to return it and get another one. If the second one fails then I'm going to have to go back to gas. -Low Powered Blades. The blade motors definitely have less power than the gas mowers. You will need multiple passes with this mower in the thick grass. I do not have much thick grass but the blades stop spinning pretty quickly in the same grass that my gas mower had no problems with. I would still rather multiple passes than dealing with a gas mower so this one is not that big of a deal to me. -Battery Meter. The meter appears to be able to show different readouts such as voltage and percentage but I do not see a way to change the readout. A simple intuitive button on the readout meter would have greatly helped. -Tubeless Tires. I believe the tires are tubeless. This means that within a year they will probably develop leaks and I will need to put inner tubes in them. I don't know why any riding lawn mower would ever not have inner tubes and a liner between the tire and the inner tube since tubeless develops leaks usually within a year. Conclusion If my replacement mower works fine I will update my review, but this first time around is a big disappointment. ... show more

  • Trailered mower to closest center (38 miles) after calling th, only then to learn they don
Really like the mower (purchased from home Depot) . It is a well-engineered product. Except maybe the battery system. Used it for mowing 1 acre, until batteries failed at about 1 year (supposed to last 4-5 years, but only 1 yr warranty). So far, customer service has been terrible! No response after 3 weeks!! 2nd closest service 42 miles, has NEVER seen an electric riding mower. Will take 2+ months to repair!! ... show more

  • Awesome mower for the gas unfamiliar and adverse!
Before I start, there’s one brick and mortar store that sells. I recommend poking it and kicking the tires. Ultimately I purchased from there and can’t speak to an amazon purchase experience. Limitations: It’s happy with 15 degree hills. It can do a little more but I suspect long term it may not be happy. Also too steep it really starts to slow down. I had a 30 degree slope and I was concerned it wouldn’t go up. It did but now I’m more strategic and just go down in that area. I’ve read the blades are flimsy. I don’t know. I know I cleared out some areas and reclaimed my yard not caring about abusing the machine and the sticks def mucked up the blades and I’ll be replacing this weekend, but I got it done and it’s jus yard and mulching moving forward. This is heavy. I mean, really heavy. If your ground is wet and soft you could leave some tracks. This didn’t bother me and repeat mowings I’m seeing this less. It could be partially because of the mole population that moved in. The ride is a bit bumpy. I have a bumpy yard. Definitely not cushioned. I’m also not cruising over it at high speed so it works for me. Forward is pretty smooth. Backing up jerks you back. This is the biggest flaw for me. I’m used to tesla like smooth power and forward is okay but backwards... it’s just dangerous if you have anything within 5ft. Not a perfect machine but it does what I want. Gas requires knowledge and a need to winterize. My neighbors machine backfired and smokes and stalls and he’s probably doing something wrong but that will totally be me. I don’t want to and don’t know how to mess with gas. So the machine is easy to use and cut grass. The mulch feature is great and the power was enough for my acre and hills. It’s also quiet relative to the neighbors making me love it that much more. It’s first gen. The money went to making it affordable so niceties are missing. I wanted a battery riding lawn mower and I got one. If your desire is to avoid gas and you have a large and simple yard that isn’t overly soft, this is the lawnmower for you. If you like gas, zero turns are about the same price and I’d guess that bang for the buck your money is well spent there. Roi? Mine was based on saved headache although after a few years this will have been the same value as a $1700 tractor. In theory. Last bit. If anyone installs, make sure they plug in under the seat. The box store didn’t and I thought I had a non working charger. ... show more
