This product is a dud. I purchased a while ago and had in storage until I was able to hire someone to install it. I just had a professional rv technician install it and hook it up successfully. It does not power on. The QR code on the back with the “warranty” does not have a functional web address attached and there is no option on Amazon to receive manufacturer support. Now I’m out $400 for a product that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. I wish there was a way for the manufacturer to do troubleshooting or hold accountability for their faulty product. ... show more

Wanted to give it some time before reviewing. Had this for about 3 months now. Install was a little tricky due to us having a pretty old unit and a different set up.instructions were a little difficult to follow. We eventually figured it all out with no leaks! But this has been a wonderful upgrade to our TT. It kicks on immediately and heats up pretty quick. Our propane usage hasn’t changed too much either. ... show more

Bought this one in a pinch because the original one we had kept giving us bad error codes and so far this is hold up sometimes when you flush the toilet, it takes the hot away for a second but it takes it back up works pretty good. Had this up for a few weeks now I would definitely recommend buying this one if you don’t want to be buying a expensive one ... show more

Cannot find customer service outside the 30 day window. Only Amazon sells this and they offer way to ask for help outside their window. Install is really easy. Cold water to cold water, hot water to hot water, gas to gas. Only 4 wires to connect, ground and +12. Then two blue wires to the panel. That’s it. Real easy. But my truck broke down for four months. So, it has set in the driveway. I fixed the water and gas leaks. Then I powered it up turning on the switch outside and black controll panel. 12 volts in at the correct polarity, nothing. Panel not responding to any button. Amazon abandons you after 30 days and the seller cannot be found ... show more

The instructions did not cover the wiring for my rv correctly. After experimenting i did get it working with a friends help. A little bit of adjusting and it works perfectly. 100-102* for her, 113* for me. No end of hot water no dtop in temp. A little finicky with the temp, we just turn the hot all the way on, then adjust cold until to our liking. Living in oue 5th wheel while building our house. This saves us a TON on of propane compared to a standard unit that is constantly heating the small tank. We have unlimited length showers!
