Tatami-style bed frame, easy (dis)assembly

This one is awesome for guests and very minimalistic apartments. What I like the most is that, unlike true bed frames, I can let the whole tatami disappear into a box thats only 97x8x65 cm in size - less than 40 inches in the largest dimension (see photo). This is super practical for our small apartment, where I can disappear this bed behind some furniture. Assembly is easy, and due to the low construction, it is fairly sturdy. If you like tatami-style beds, this might be for you.

Cheaply made. Not for a tuffled bedframe

This item isn't really made to go ON a bedframe even though its advertised as such. I got this bedframe slate to go on an actual bed on the 11th. Its the 14th and already broken! I'm like 135lbs why is this coming apart?! I look at the bottom side of the frame and the nails are like barely holding 2 pieces of wood together. All in all this item is cheap. Its made for JUST the floor or else the weight breaks it. Not only that but my item was used or something when I got it because the box was busted in multiple spots and super tapped all around it like it was repackaged. This shouldn't be breaking for $158!

Great for twin beds.

Easy to set up, solid material, fits perfectly for a twin bed. I like that this keeps the mattress off the floor to help prevent mold and promote breathability. The rubber helps prevent sliding and echoing too. Definitely recommend.

Looks like it will work

So far, So good! I think it’s worth it to buy and just be done with it. My husband is a Jack of all trades and he wanted to build it. He can build anything that I suggest we need. It just takes forever and a day. It only took a press of a button and I had it here the next day. Definitely worth it if you ask me.

Exposed Nails

It’s what I wanted, but the build quality is very cheap. We had it for less than a month and went to fold it when one of the panels popped off. The nails protrude on both sides.
