I just can't say enough about how beautiful this fandelier is; at night, with all other lighting turned off, the crystals make a subtle pattern on the walls that is amazing. I was afraid that the width of the light would limit the effectiveness of the fan, but it actually works great; plenty of breeze. We did have an issue with the fan wobbling on high, but RuiWing was quick to send a replacement motor. It is true that the instructions are hard to follow, but found a YouTube video of the install the made it very easy. If I buy another one for another room in the house, I'll do my own video with additional detail. I will add that I have separate switches for light and motor, so I connected the blue output from the control module to the hot wire from the light switch on the wall and connected the common as instructed (I only had one common from both switches but would have combined them otherwise since they are on the same circuit). The remote does not control the light now, but the light switch does which is what I wanted. Great product. My wife likes it so much that it looks like I'll have to order another for another room in the house! ... show more

This fan is beautiful, well made & very quiet. I had to wait almost a year to get it installed and there was an issue with the receiver. But after a few replacement parts the fan is absolutely a sound purchase. RuiWing Customer service worked with me like I had just bought the fan yesterday, and they never charged me for the replacement parts or shipping. They stayed in close contact & even my installer was amazed. The installer said the fan was so well made & that he wanted one himself. He also said it wasn't a hard install for him but for safety's sake with the crystals, he brought in a second person to help him put the glass cover in place. Yes, it's bright, so we use the warm setting. In a very large setting the brightness would be just right but I have a medium sized living room, so it's a lot of light... but I love it. No wobbles & no noise & so beautiful. Thank you so much, RuiWing, for all your support & your help! You performed above & beyond your call for support, & thank you so much for your patience. This is a very lovely purchase, settings are great, it’s a little noisy on high level, the remote control is great and easily mountable if needed! It’s a shame that this particular fan is no longer an option. I purchased it in 2021 and the crystals were attached to the frame opposed to them now you have to hang them individually. This fan does not have reflections on the wall for on the crystals. This was a great purchase for the money . ... show more

My husband (an electrician) thought it was “easy” to install and looked surprised when I explained the reviews. But to be fair he is a professional. The fandelier was purchased to replace an old fan that put out warm light on a low setting. Reading was impossible by it’s low light and checking outfits in the mirror was challenging. So this light’s brightness is a welcome change. I like cool and my husband likes to change settings based on time of day. It works for us. However, I didn’t check behind him before we purchased. To be fair, the light is exactly as advertised - acryllic and non-dimmable. If I had known that, I would have chosen a different brand. But that’s not the light’s fault so only taking one star for it not having a basic feature that most bedroom and living room users want in a fan/light. Our remote works fine but I do NOT like that the remote is the only way to use the fandelier settings. It’s a weird battery that I worry will one day not be found in stores. Then our terrific fandelier will be an on/off cheap chandelier. I would prefer the settings to seamlessly transition rather than requiring stark change with button pushes. But again, it’s as advertised and I didn’t read all this until after install. Not the light’s fault I didn’t do my homework. Kudos to everyone reading this BEFORE your purchase. All in all, it is reasonably priced for a nice looking fan. It would be overpriced for an acryllic chandelier, but it’s also a fan. Well packaged on arrival with all pieces. Very nice looking and sturdy. Assembly required but same with my Omni Zgallerie chandelier. Crystals, even acryllic, are breakable and can’t packaged well enough without some assembly required by buyer. I appreciated all the styrofoam. And the best part, the fan is quiet as in near silent. Low 36 decibels = quiet whisper. Super quiet. Medium 40 decibels = quiet park. High 58 = quiet library. That’s a frigid setting reserved for people without a/c during summer. ... show more

UPDATE: The seller was quick to solve the problems and mailed extra crystals to replace the missing ones. It's absolutely stunning and I'm surprised at how quickly the replacements arrived.. ORIGINAL POST: Very difficult to install 😕. I am missing crystals and most the balls are dingged up ..plus the screws they supplied are really cheap..didn't work..We ended up having to go to a hardware store to buy new screws .Plus when I asked the seller to please send parts missing ..they responded with" they will reissue and send in time."What does that even mean?!..I guess if you really want this beautiful fandelier then order extra crystals ahead of time , buy some better screws and watch the video they send with your purchase..the instructions don't help at all...the video made things easier and the end result is stunning." ... show more

I bought this lamp, and ever since, the lights have been intermittent. Sometimes they turn on, sometimes they don't, and several times they stay completely off. It's not an installation problem, but an internal fault in the LED system. For the price, I expected something durable, but the quality is disappointing. I ordered this fan in Dec.2021 and writing this review in July 2024. Fan is good quality and very beautiful to look at when the lights are on. It worked without any issues so far but last month the LED lights stopped working. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent replacement parts which solved the issue.
