Bought two, sadly didn't open right away and missed return window. They looked really nice except one arrived with slightly damaged lid. I decided to keep it, as it was for outdoors. Opening step apparatus worked at first. Barely used and neither one work now. I've tried to fix and thought I had succeeded on one of them only to have it fall apart after a couple of openings.
