It does exactly what it's supposed to: it holds our recyclables. It's very solid and easy to carry. The lid is a little flimsy, but it works well and hasn't broken or failed to stay closed. The top is easy to remove and the design is nice. I'll report back if it fails, but a trash can is hard to review, because it either works as described or it doesn't. ... show more

This was exactly what I was looking for for my vacation rental. It's big enough for what I need, but not too big. I like the convenient way it opens and stays securely closed. I could see getting multiples, as they are stackable too.

We got one for paper and one for bottles/cans to put outside our back door. They stack well and I like the way the door drops down. I don't think I would put them directly down for the recycling truck to empty though. They don't seem sturdy enough to get thrown around and take that kind of beating.
