Picked this up before we left for a 3 week tent camping trip. I was cooking for 6-8 people every night, and this was the right tool for the job. Say good bye to cleaning pans - this is a breeze! The grease trap could use some better engineering to stay put, and the plastic feet felt flimsy at first, but the unit held up just fine to being stuffed into the truck cap & getting pulled back out a few times a day for 3 straight weeks. I’ve even found myself setting it up to cook at home often. Some reviews said the heating is uneven - but after using this daily, the only thing I can figure is they are talking about the front part that doesn’t get as hot. That is intentional so you can clean grease out while cooking, and use that space for lower temp things - like toasting buns. I’ve had zero complaints for uneven heating. Overall, the cooktop has stayed flat & smooth, heating is even, operation is easy, and cleanup is a breeze. The top stays non-stick if you treat it right, and the construction is good quality, especially for the price. I’d buy the same one again. ... show more

This griddle has hotspots and cold spots. It needs more burners, or a better distribution of them.

Purchased for camping… loved cooking on this.. continued to cook on it when I got home. Only con is that there is a block so it doesnt radiate heat all the way to the front. It loses a few inches of cooking space towards the front. Other than that I love it!

I bought it for my husband. He really enjoys it. He has mentioned there are a couple hot and cooler spots, but not significant enough to be a problem.

To be honest i haven't used it yet.. this review is centered around the imperfection on the grill as you see in the corner. This will probably effect it's long term use, rust will be an issue down the road. It's not bad enough for me to want to return it but I'm not happy about it

Some of the bolts were bent & some weren't threaded all the way through. It weights a ton! But it grills beautifully, once u figure out flame adjustment....I use it ALL the time
