The grill arrived damaged and ignition knob is missing. I purchased it as a father's day gift. I didn't have time to send it back and get a new one. Received it on a Wednesday. Unboxed and assembled on Friday night (last night). Absolutely no damaged to the box, which tell me it wasn't done in shipping, so it was packaged this way and missing parts. Which is complete bull crap. This grill is to expensive to have all this damage and cant even light it without the ignition knob. If I wanted to buy a cheap ugly grill, I would have went to Walmart. Now I'm stuck with gifting a damaged grill that looks like I purchases from a scratch and dent store or second hand. Absolutely p*ssed! Praying it works with a lighter, until i cant get a ignition knob ordered. I won't know until Father's day (tomorrow) if works or not, since I just got it together. But as of now, I'm hoping it doesn't get any worse then this! I'd definitely recommend buying somewhere else. It come in a million little pieces and takes hours to assemble. If I was writing this 6 months ago, I'd have rated it a 3 or 4. Descent value, pretty good grill. I keep it covered when not in use. Today i decided to clean it up. I sprayed w WINDEX and wiped down w paper towels. The paint on the side shelves came off on the paper towels!!! Im a technician & hobbyist, have never seen anything like it! Now it looks like crap. This is the worst grill I ever spent money on. It arrived with almost every single piece dented and scratched. So much damage and not from shipping because the shipping box had zero damage. This came damaged from the manufacturer. They knew it was damaged and still decided to ship it anyway!. When I contacted the seller it took forever to get any response, only for them to offer NO help whatsoever. This seller should be banned from selling anything.
