Works well. I was worried it would slip around but it holds on great, no issues at all. I use it on my Concept 2 rower and it fits perfectly. It’s a pretty thin pad is the only downside, but it’s a big improvement from the standard seat that is on that machine.

Pros: I like the design of this cushion. It doesn't slip on the seat at all; it fits the Concept 2 Rower perfectly. Cons: If it was 3X thicker it would be so much more comfortable. It provides minimal cushioning from the hard plastic seat on the rower. The other cushions I have found online are too thick, affecting my positioning and putting more pressure on my lower back. I guess Goldilocks has not found the "just right" cushion yet. ... show more

It's not very thick but I don't want my Concept II to feel like a sofa. It's an exercise machine! This cushion is non-intrusive, stays in place, and provides enough cushion for the tail bone to make it a winner!

I don’t usually write product reviews but this rowing seat cushion is great. My tailbone was on fire before I got this cushion - not just on the rowing machine but when sitting on other surfaces. This pad has made all the difference. When i first took it out of the package i thought it looked too thin and that it would certainly never work. It is perfect. It doesn’t feel thick under your rear but it takes the pressure of your tailbone. It stays perfectly in place with the grippy underside which I was initially skeptical about. Bought this for my new rower and it literally sits right on top of the seat, so it’s easy to install. Haven’t noticed any slipping, it seems sturdy, and makes the seat less stiff lending to a better level of comfort, so therefore, it’s functional. Design is decent. Came packaged just fine.
