Fantastic seat pad for concept 2 rower -
This seat cushion is perfect for the concept 2 rowing machine. Fits well, does not slide, and is the right thickness. Amazing value and comfort. If you want a lot of padding, this may not be for you, but if you are looking for a pad that provides just enough padding for a great rowing experience, this is for you. ... show more

Love it. Wouldn't row without it

Good fit, won’t slip
Review Image by Nate
Works well. I was worried it would slip around but it holds on great, no issues at all. I use it on my Concept 2 rower and it fits perfectly. It’s a pretty thin pad is the only downside, but it’s a big improvement from the standard seat that is on that machine.

It’s perfect.
I don’t usually write product reviews but this rowing seat cushion is great. My tailbone was on fire before I got this cushion - not just on the rowing machine but when sitting on other surfaces. This pad has made all the difference. When i first took it out of the package i thought it looked too thin and that it would certainly never work. It is perfect. It doesn’t feel thick under your rear but it takes the pressure of your tailbone. It stays perfectly in place with the grippy underside which I was initially skeptical about. It is exactly what you need for a more comfortable row. ... show more

Pleasantly surprised!
I bought this product after unfortunately experiencing a case of hemorrhoids after rowing 15k+ meters a day for multiple days among other activities. This pad surprised me. As others have mentioned it is really thin and is almost laughable on first impressions. However, that thin little pad makes a huge difference in comfort level compared to just the plastic rower seat. It fits the seat perferctly and while there's no real adhesion to the seat it shifting while rowing hasn't been an issue once. It is actually kind of nice that there's no adheision because you can adjust it quickly if needed. I would recommend buying this product if you have a C2 rower and spend any amount of real time on it. ... show more

Less is not more
After using it, finding it nicely fitted or shaped to the C2 seat, I found it rather thin for what it was intended. I ended up folding a standard size towel to go on top of that. Finally I could row for as long as I wanted without discomfort.

Good for sculling
While I have used this pad on my erg, I mostly use it on the water where I've used it for both sweep rowing and sculling. It grips the boat seat really well so I have no issues at all with it slipping while I am rowing or getting out of the boat (my only issue has been when I've gotten into the boat clumsily.) I've nearly lost it a few times when I forgot it was there and lifted the boat out of the water overhead. (It grips but has it's limits! :-) It's thin and easy to slip into the back waistband of my tights or pants while carrying the boat to the water. I have an issue with something that feels like nerve pain on one side when I sit in the boat for a while. This pad helps some and I suppose would work better in that regard if it were thicker. But I'm sticking with it because a thicker pad will affect my height in the boat and my oar handles which I don't want. ... show more
