Edit: customer service has reached out to me and has been very helpful. New parts were shipped out at no charge to replace the broken ones. This is a great, light weight, entry level rowing machine. Set up is easy to assemble, and light enough to move around easily. The resistance, even at the max amount is still less than what I would like. Works as advertised. I use this daily, usually about 1000 rows a day and no issues whatsoever with the mechanical portion. The display is garbage, but I figured it would be. I truly don't have time to go to the gym...My other rower just felt worthless (& cost alot more than this one)...this one is is soooo much better! Its a little difficult for me as I am only 125 lbs & have never had strong arms...but I will work up to more reps. I Can feel a real burn in my stomach already...yippee!!! Easy set up although when you look at the assembly instructions it looks difficult. Display is garbage but I don’t use it anyway. Working my way up to a 30 minute workout. Resistance is a set of 3 bungee cords. One started fraying after only 3 days of usage (less than 45 minutes total usage). Frayed further at a different location of the cord on day 4. Otherwise, is quiet during use & was easy to assemble.
