Honest review!!!! Mom of 4 with bell fat
Just got it Friday. Easy to put together, if you don’t have the instructions just watch the video in the pictures. The first day I did 50 ab crunches, with 2 minutes breaks in between, 600 rows on first day. I felt a little soreness, but felt like if I wasn’t doing it correctly and I should have been a little more sore. So I watched a video to more sure I was using the machine correctly and the proper form and I wasn’t (just google rower machine form and different videos going to show up,just pick one too watch, it’ll show you the proper form to use). So I highly recommend watching a video on the correct work to use. Once I watched a video, I did 60 ab crunches and 200 rows and definitely feel the burn a little more. My abs, hips, thighs and back is where I feel the soreness, those are my target areas I wanted to work. I’ll update after using it for 14 days. I am also practicing a semi clean eating diet through the next 14 days and increasing my water intake. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this rowing machine for a few weeks now and I’m super impressed! It was easy to assemble and doesn't take up much space, which is perfect for my small apartment. The foldable design makes it easy to store, and it’s very quiet while in use. The adjustable handle height and dual resistance levels are great for switching up workouts. I've been consistent with my routine and already notice a difference in my core and arms.
