After a month of use the item will not heat up. It turns on but the coils will not heat up the oil. We have tried the reset button and still does not work. Unfortunately the return window has expired. We have reached out to the seller but they keep asking for more pics and videos and just not going to keep going back and forth for them to say something else. It’s just not a reliable fryer

So far so good it is very well made I use it for home use. I do have only one problem with it. The handles are up to high and the lids do not fit properly.with the handles on. I don’t have the hand strength to take the handles off and on. That is my only complaint so far. I love the fact that it has a timer so when I frying something and I am busy doing something else it is on a timer. I also love the valves for draining. I really haven’t had a chance to use it really just fried a batch of fresh cut fries.
