I received the item in a very taped up box that had been ripped open prior to me receiving it. Upon opening it I noticed many of the pipe connectors ends were bent. I needed to use a pliers in order to straighten them out and get the holes opened up enough that the pipes would slide into the connectors. But as I was mid build, I realized I am missing several parts and cannot build the entire product. I need 4 of the 5 ‘D’ connectors and 1 more of the 2 required ‘E’ connectors. VERY frustrating when you are mid build and realize not all of the parts are there. What can be done to rectify this? I do NOT want to take this whole thing down and replace it. I would simply like to receive the missing parts ASAP. ... show more

I'm adding 10 new hens and plan on more, so I doubled my coop run with this purchase. Good value but some corners were cut in comparison to the original coop on the right. The one on the right has a heavier gauge of metal and fully welded on every connection and corner stabilizers firm up its stability. The product by this company, while equal in size and price, is not the same quality. The poles that are welded are only spot tacked and is easily snapped if pressure is applied as will happen from sliding it around. That is my only criticism. I'm glad I have it, I just thought it was the same one from last year. My wife and I, in our late 60's, built it in about 4 hours. ... show more

I live in the Caribbean, so the shade tarp is a must. I love the fact that I can move it around easily and thet it comes with everything you need and with detailed instructions. It feels sturdy enough, but once assembled you can reinforce it if you feel the need.

I was disappointed with the quality of the wire mesh provided with this chicken coop. It is very flimsy, and I don’t believe it will protect my chickens from predators. The metal frame was easy to put together and well constructed.

I can't give any stars or info because I have no instructions and the manufacturer is impossible to get ahold of. I missed my return window delaying opening the boxes to assemble, so I'm sick with cap I can't do anything with. This is only day 2 of a little time after work to put it together. In amazing February weather. But I did it with the kids, it was so easy and laid out we had fun like a puzzle both days. The frame is good but the chicken wire is cheap and breaks easy. My chickens have broke it in several places. Zip ties are not a practical attachment for the chicken wire unless you have hundreds more to put them closer together. Peak of the frame is 6ft but it immediately tapers down to like 4ft. I'm only 5ft 6in and I can walk straight in and back out. If I need to go anywhere else in there it's bent over. It's comes with one roof top tarp as described which seems crazy cause only a third of the run is protectored from rain or sun. Overall would not purchase again. It's gonna take more money than I already paid to make this last. If I had somewhere to put my chickens I would take this down and return it ... show more
