As an outdoor enthusiast and a proud owner of a brand-new 2025 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab, I was on the hunt for a robust and reliable roof rack solution. When I had the opportunity to request and receive these EZREXPM Roof Rack Rails Cross Bars, I jumped at the chance, and I'm so glad I did! Right out of the box, the quality of the aluminum was apparent. These aren't flimsy bars; they feel incredibly sturdy and well-made, giving me immediate confidence in their ability to handle whatever I throw at them – or rather, on them! The black finish seamlessly integrates with the Tacoma's aesthetics, looking like an OEM part rather than an aftermarket add-on. Installation was surprisingly straightforward. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary hardware was included. I was able to get them securely mounted in about 30-45 minutes without any specialized tools. They fit my 2025 Tacoma Double Cab absolutely perfectly, hugging the roof rails without any gaps or wobbles. The real test, of course, is their performance. I've already used them to transport my kayak to the Everglades and a couple of mountain bikes for a weekend trip to Jonathan Dickinson State Park, and they performed flawlessly. This rack looks great and has great function with its stow away crossbars. While everything works, looking at the construction and the shell material, it just looks and feels lightweight than the OEM version. In the set I received, the rubber mat on the bottom was also held in with gobs hot melt glue…some parts stayed in place, others kept falling out of place as I was installing it. When the rubber mat fell out of place I looked around under neath and noticed that there wasn’t any bearing surface under the cross bar connection points. It purely tells on the shell of the rails to distribute and support the load from the cross bars. Should be fine for a small rooftop box or basket but I concerned about anything bigger or heavier than that even though it is rated for a 260lbs. One other complaint is the screw holes are exposed. I know it shouldn’t matter but I would still prefer to minimize standing and pooling water around the roof so some rubber plugs for the bolt holes would be nice. Still this is functional and looks good on the truck and is significantly cheaper than the OEM.

This roof rack is wonderful and very nice on the new Tacomas. Very easy install and well made. Extremely easy to use and very durable and thick feeling. They can handle lots of weight and makes the truck look amazing. The noise level is as expected when you’re using it with a roof rack or with them extended together. When the rack is closed there’s no noise or rattling whatsoever. They are very solid on the truck and are definitely not going anywhere! For the price it’s a steal and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I think they can charge more for them since the quality and usability it through the roof. 5/5 i definitely love the fact that I have them now !

Installed on a 2024 Tacoma sport. The install was simple. Pop out the factory plates on the roof to reveal the screw holes. You have to feel for them and punch out the holes with something sharp. Align the racks with the holes and simply screw down. One tip is to leave them loose until you are able to swing them across and lock them into the other side. Now, once they are aligned you can fully lock down the screws. The racks really feel a little flimsy like plastic. The lever for the release of the rack feels like it could snap over time. I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Other than that it looks great and also tie downs on each side.

Sadly, since this rack is made with poor quality materials, it has bended sides. The fitment is custom which fits great on 2024 Tacoma (new body) needs improvement
