The media could not be loaded. Great sturdy excavator truck! This truck is a very durable toy for any child! I love the way it has a press function for the sounds and sirens! So when your child is playing with this toy, as he’s leaning on it, the sounds and sirens will automatically go on! That’s great for both the child, and the parents! I also love that it runs on friction power! That means it does not need batteries for you to take off, which is awesome! To make the truck move you just pull it all the way back and let go! The friction on the truck is nice and strong, so it goes pretty far on just one pull back motion. I love the nice green color, It makes the vehicle stand out. The excavator works really well, as you could see in my video, all the parts articulate properly so if you buy the matching dump truck like I did, you can use it to lift sand, snow, or dirt, and then raise the articulated arm that the bucket is attached to, and then lower it into the dump truck. This truck is part metal, and part plastic, but most of it seems to be metal. This is a great toy to take in the backyard, the beach, or the park! Or your child can use their imagination at home, and use it to pick up tiny little toys or brick blocks.

The excavator truck is nice. It feels sturdy, some plastic and some metal. If you pull back on the truck it moves forward automatically. It comes with batteries, but it doesn't have any buttons or instructions, and none of the lights are functioning. Unclear how they are triggered. (Edit: push down on cab, 4 y.o. figured it out) Kids would enjoy playing with this, but it doesn't appear fully functional. A little value for the money, but can't recommend it.

This excavator truck in the real deal! It is very realistic looking and is made from both plastic and metal, giving it a light weight but sturdy structure making it more durable and realistic. It has lights that you activate by pressing down the top, the lights flash and make sounds. It has support bars that come out to stabilize the excavator like the real thing.

Got this for our church Cristmas toy drive. Seems really nice and someone will have hours of fun paying with this truck. NOTE: Needs three LR44 which are not included.
