The media could not be loaded. Ordered Etesan roof rack cross bars for family RAV4 and at first glance everything appears to be well-made, rugged and sturdy parts, even powder coated surface and well-fitting covers. Parts are nicely labeled to easily identify where it’s to be installed and in what direction. On closer inspection, covers have a variety of gap sizes and some anchor surfaces are missing powder coating. Not an issue as they’re under plastic cover and protected from environment. During installation, ran into an issue which caused me to abandoned using product. Was in the process of adding rubber gasket to anchors and found 2 of 4 not fitting properly as nubs did not fit opening, nubs are used to fasten gaskets. Using a pair of needle nose pliers, I was able to force 1 to fit, not with the other, no matter the amount of force used. I was stripping the nub at this point and decided to stop. Unable to fully review as the product was missing several pieces. I circled in red on the equipment inventory what was missing. It's possible one of the missing items is an Allen wrench? But it doesn't really look like an Allen wrench, and there are no words on the inventory so it's impossible to know. There are also extraneous parts included not listed on the parts inventory. Would not recommend unless they do some serious quality control in the factory. ... show more
