I purchased this ROKU to replace an older one. I have owned more than a dozen ROKUs over the past 12 years. There is one on every TV I own unless that is a ROKU TV. The one that was in use had trouble when we tried to forward through shows. It would stop working and eventually just return to the home screen. This ROKU Ultra 2022 works great for moving around inside shows. The only issue is sometimes it comes on with no apps on the home screen, just an open area where the app labels would usually be. That is quickly remedied by just voice requesting the app wanted. Works fine; I'm satisfied. I do not have it integrated to Alexa and do not have it on a 4K television so I cannot address those situations.

Item was well packaged and arrived in good condition. Setup was easy enough once I linked the controller to the box. I had to plug the Roku ultra controller in to the box with the provided USB cable, once the connected the rest was easy. The device has a much stronger WiFi signal then the Chromestick it is replacing. When it comes time to replace the other Sticks I will be getting the Roku ultra.

The biggest thing I seen so far is the USB player, and mybe the turn on tv and adjust volume we're the 4kstick has the option but not the knowledge to do so for my uhd none smart tv,or to say a better maule option over ride compared to 4kstick, and that's all I seen so far .

Bought this to replace an old Roku Express that could barely handle Netflix anymore. I guess every refurbished purchase is a risk, but so far I wouldn't have known this one wasn't new. It streams Netflix great now. It has a few more bells and whistles than the Express that aren't really necessary, but they're nice to have. I'm not sure I'd have paid full price for a new Roku Ultra, but a Cyber Monday sale on a working, refurbished unit suits me just fine.

We switched from Firestick to ROKU due to issues with the streaming (pausing and buffering every 30 seconds.) The ROKU setup was fast and easy, but I do recommend setting up your ROKU account beforehand. The only real issue during setup was the QR codes provided on screen have apparently been hacked and will take you to NON-ROKU sites. Beware that you are on the correct site for setup. The streaming so far has been seamless, even with two computers and two iPhones working in the background. We are 100% satisfied with our switch to ROKU.

It was refurbished and never worked. Too expensive and it doesn't show clearly in the Amazon app that is not new. Returned it and still waiting for refund.
