I've used QuadLock on my Mountain Bike, and it was a champ. The entire setup is metal, except for the phone case which is a tough plastic. The whole setup works great, even doing crazy stuff (like riding down washboard trails, or going off jumps). BUT, the quadlock only works for certain phones (NOT a Pixel Fold). Enter: Rockbros. The Rockbros mount is definitely a sturdy/heavy-duty plastic mount reinforced with metal bolts/nuts. The nuts/bolts look to be secured using Loctite (so they aren't going to come apart). If this was on my road bike, I think it would work just fine. I might actually just keep this instead of returning it, and put the QuadLock on my mountain bike, and this on the road. Negative things if used on a mountain bike: - The mount clamp is plastic (with metal bolts/nuts doing the securing). If I tightened it enough so that it wouldn't slide around when hitting bumps in the trails, I kept feeling that the plastic would break if I kept tightening it further....and it still rotated around on my handlebars. I had to start riding slower and avoid jumps to prevent it from rotating toward the ground. - The mount has a really neat spring-tensioned rotation feature, where you can rotate the phone into 90, 180, 270 degree positions. This spring is super tight, but again, on mountain trails, it seemed to add to the looseness/bounciness of the phone. - None of my bikes (mountain, road, kid's mountain bike) can have this fit on the handlebar stem (the part that connects the handlebars to the bike, and sticks out away from your body), even with removing the spacers. That would have been a perfect place for this to prevent it from twisting toward the ground. And there was no way to mount this using straps (instead of their mount) onto my stem...then I could really strap it down and keep it from moving. Great things: - The rotation feature - The phone touch capabilities is REALLY great on this. I am able to press the side buttons on my phone to unlock/lock, the screen is SUPER responsive through their screen - The case will fit any size phone (it seems). I have a Pixel Fold phone, and there's an extra half inch sideways and full inch up-and-down. - Neat storage inside - I like how you can unclip from the mount, and leave the mount attached to the bike (to stop thieves from looking closely at your bike) This would do just great on a commuter though.

ROCKBROS is one of my go-to brands when it comes to my biking needs. This case is so convenient as I can put my portable charger in it with my phone. It has saved my phone when it came to rain, and it works well with mostly any biking gloves you use. My zipper got messed up on my first case, and ROCKBROS was quick to offer me a replacement. I recommend all there products!!!

DO NIT BUY THIS. It will spin on you handlebar no matter how much you tighten it. It is l a very cheap clamp.

Nice phone case used on jetski. Wish the clamp had more of riser built in. The phone does work with finger movement through the plastic protector quite nicely.

The clear plastic has marks all over it, the case feels really cheap and everything was just thrown in a plastic bag. The clamp is too small for my handlebars but thats on me for not measuring ahead of time, still no excuse for the awful packaging and poor quality of the product
