The packaging was great and the cane arrived well- packaged in a box. Cane is light weight and comfortable to grip- important to me because I have arthritis in my hands. Cane is a little wobbly, but that could be me still getting used to it. I am pleased with the cane- it is exactly as described. I liked the sturdy hex driver that came- it had a large handle and was easy to turn. Be sure you pay attention to adjusting the bottom of the cane- the quad base. You need to adjust it with the flatter side next to the leg that needs support. This will make sense during assembly.

Comparing this to a single-ended cane is like comparing a Jeep Wrangler to an Suzuki Somersault or whatever it was called. You can really feel confident putting a lot of weight into it compared to a traditional stick design. I wish I got one for my mom because of her hip but she beat me to it seeing how good this was when I was injured. They really are great PLUS you don't have to lean it on anything and then hear it fall over either. God send. Stands in its own as stable as the Washington monument.

Good service and nice cane that my husband’s physical therapist said that more people have cigarettes with that game then just a single footed cane. I waited too long to return it so we just unscrewed it and put a rubber tip on it and he’s using it like that.

No one told me there is a correct way to use this cane. It has two feet that extend a bit further out--these should be on the outside (i.e., not against one's body). A note should accompany the cane.

Maybe I got a defective one but the base is not level. When standing it teeters from side to side with the slightest tap because it’s not level. I wouldn’t care except this makes it hard to use because the legs don’t hit the ground at the same time. This is no more stable than a traditional cane. The foldability isn’t that great either because you have to make sure the sections slide into the correct orientation when you open it back up so it’s not that fast to unfold. Major let down.

Does not work well on slanted surfaces such a wheelchair ramps. Also a little wobbly on flat surfaces. I bought this for a cheap solution to garden in my backyard without my cane falling over. This product works pretty well for this specific function. But I would get something different if it was to be my full-time support.
