So I finally got the chance to use my electric pressure washer, I've used it 3 times so far, and it performed great, no issues, while it lacks the power of a 3100 psi gas pressure washer, this unit did not disappoint. I still have a couple of more projects that I want to use this on, but so far it has worked great on cleaning my concrete sidewalk. I researched quite few inexpensive pressure washers and decided on this one. The amount of cleaning power it has was a little surprising for such a small unit, which is a good thing. It was easy to assemble and not very heavy. I am not really thrilled with the storage hook for the electrical cord, but am able to manage it. I really like the feature where the pump stops when the trigger is release, then restarts once you squeeze it again. I've only had it a couple of weeks and used it a couple of times, but so far I'm satisfied. Just hope it lasts. ... show more

I bought this for my handyman business and have "fair-to-good" comments. Once I got this, it sat around a little while until I first used it. It only got played with - minimally - by a 1-year-old. One of the wheels fell off. That got me to worrying. When I finally got to assembling the rest of it, the instructions were not especially good. But, I got through it. When I first started using it, the pressure wasn't all that great. After running for about 20-30 minutes, it seemed to get into its groove and ran well for an extended amount of time. Being a 3500 PSI washer, I expected more power. I've used gas washers before and once I got my fingertip too close to the nozzle and the force cut my skin. That will never happen with this piece. Even so, I pressure washed a deck with it and had satisfactory results. The thing about this was that I had to use the 15-degree tip to get the force I needed. That slowed the work down. When I did my second project, circumstances worked out about the same. The power starts off a bit sluggish with some noticeable vibration. Eventually, the bugs or bubbles in the line must get flushed through and it runs smoothly. If I just needed to use this for home use, it would be wonderful. For a business, it wasn't as versatile as I would prefer. I do intend to buy a gas-powered unit in the future. ... show more

It has turned out to be a great work horse, not giving me any issues at all. It comes with a few nozzles, and its pressure is more than adequate for my needs! UPDATING REVIEW.... while I stand by my comments of performance of the unit itself, I am pleased to say that even though my return period for Amazon had passed, when the manufacturer/distributor saw the poor review below they initiated contact with an offer to refund the purchase price to make it right. They communicated well and did make the refund (less a PayPal processing fee). The company really did well. If I were able to rate the company by itself and not consider the poor performance of the actual product I would rate them as 5 stars; but having to consider the product I have to limit the stars as the washer really didn't perform adequately on its own. For the unit I would need to rate it as maybe 2 stars. I'm a big time pressure washer user - albeit always have used gas units and have had several over many years. A friend got me turned on to using an electric unit primarily for doing car washing as the unit can be left on when not in active use - versus the gas unit that needs to be turned off if not actively washing for more than about a minute or two. My current gas unit is a 3100PSI, so when I ordered this one at 3500PSI I was expecting a similar experience.... however I am very disappointed. While I can wash off dust and soap foam, it clearly doesn't do any 'pressure' washing. I could probably do about the same with my garden hose and a nozzle. Using the 25 degree (green) nozzle I literally can hold my hand in front of the water stream; if I tried that with my gas unit I'd lose a hand. This has no significant power. There is no way I could use this unit to do cleaning of my deck or concrete patio if I'm trying to remove algae/moss... it may do a 'rinse' job, but my garden hose would do that. So disappointed and now it's past the time for doing a return through Amazon. Oh well. :( ... show more
