I just received my pool vacuum it is not. What is it in the description of the brand of rock rocker pool cleaner it is a brand called ausono it looks the same but not what it is in the title. Even the manual is not rock rocker. Will update later on performance.

It does pickup anything the size of a grain of sand or larger. It climbs on the wall with no issue. Wish it had a filter/basket I can buy that can catch fine particles that just settles back onto the pool floor after it stops.

    • Initially really good, but quality plummets in less than a year.
We purchased the Rock&Rocker Robotic Pool Cleaner back in Feb. 2023, and we paid paid $544.99. It is Nov. 2023, and the machine has essentially stopped working. The form part started wearing out functionally two-three months ago, so now the balance of the machine is off. The the rubber bit on the bottom fell off, and the machine goes up the pool walls, but it just stays there. The more the machine fell apart, the less effective it became. I came to amazon to get support, and it says, "Proudct Support Window closed on May 10, 2023". For a product that fell apart in less than a year, and for product support to end three months after the purchase is ridiculous. ... show more
