Bought this in March and was wonderful while it worked. Everything has been fine, been using it daily, however, yesterday it started flashing constant red and won't take a charge. There's no information in the manual or online that I can find to fix this. Sent an email to customer service, and they wanted me to take a video of what it was doing. Sent that, and they came back and said they would send another one to replace it until they figure it out what's going on with the first one. Sounded perfect! In the meantime, my first one started taking a charge again, but I put it in the pool, it worked for a short time and then died again. Ever since then it doesn't work at all. Second one came and it was fully charged. I put it in the pool and it sank to the bottom, did a wheelie and then turned red. Red. Doesn't work at all. In the meantime, customer service came back and said that water had gotten into the battery on the first one and no need to return it. I don't know how that is possible because it's never been unscrewed while it's been used. Ever. So now I have a second one that doesn't work either in a really dirty pool after in Arizona dust storm. I'm waiting to hear back on what to do since I have two and neither work. From reading all of the reviews the sounds like maybe it's the end of the road for it. It was good while it lasted, but no support on what to do once it takes a crap. Would not recommend.

This thing is AWESOME! I’ve been using it for nearly a month. Charges in roughly an hour. I use auto every time and it runs for two plus hours and parks in the shallow for easy retrieval. Excellent suction. Filter is easy to clean and collects even the tiniest particles. Scrubs the water line with ease. Navigates straight steps well. It charged to full one time when I forgot to switch it off. It also ran flawlessly when I forgot to cap the charge port. I let it dry out on a tilt for several hours and then charged it and ran it again without issue. I recommend putting the cap on ;) Highly recommend this robot.

This little robot has genuinely changed the way I take care of my pool. Just drop it in, press a button, and walk away -it handles everything. The suction is surprisingly powerful, pulling up sand, leaves, and fine debris in a single pass. It climbs the walls, cleans the waterline, and actually covers the entire pool - not just random patches. Cordless, quiet, and done in about two hours. When it's finished, it parks itself. You just lift it out, pop open the top basket, empty it, and you're done. For the price? Honestly hard to beat.

I had high hopes for this robotic pool vacuum, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. Right out of the box, it seemed promising, but that didn’t last long. It managed to do one single pass of my pool and then just stopped working entirely. No warning, no error message, just dead in the water. What makes this even worse is the timing. I specifically bought this to get my pool ready for the weekend, and instead it left me scrambling at the last minute trying to clean everything manually. Totally unreliable when it actually mattered. For a product that claims “smart navigation” and powerful suction, it’s shocking how poorly it performs in real world use. It didn’t even come close to finishing the job, and now I’m stuck with a useless piece of equipment. I am highly disappointed and will not recommend this to anybody. Save your money and avoid this thing altogether.

I did a good bit of research before buying another above ground pool vacuum. The BOTLUXE Robotic Pool Vacuum PC10 seemed to be the right choice for my family. The pool is located in an area without any WiFi or data service. The pool is located in the lower desert and a vacuum is needed to help with the fine sand. This pool vacuum is heavy duty, easy to use, and offers a fine debris pickup. I was so pleased to see it in the pool working hard to pick up everything on the bottom and sides of the pool, and even giving a good scrub at the upper edge of the sides. The pick up tool is easy to use to grab the vacuum handle and pull it out of the pool. The weight is okay when pulling the vacuum from the pool, it is a little heavy before the water drains from the vacuum. The vacuum charges quickly (maybe 45 minutes) after running in the pool for roughly an hour or two. The downside for me is the switch doesn't work on my vacuum. I am not able to use the auto, floor, wall options. It turns on and I turn it off when it is done. I am not able to turn it off mid-run, it just keeps going until it's done. This may be a problem with only mine and will await manufacturer response on that. Overall, this has been the best vacuum for an above ground pool that I have used thus far. I would certainly recommend to those looking for a good quality vacuum without all the extra electronics.

Does a great job. Lightweight to get out of the way water and charges very quickly. Runs for a couple of hours and has no problem climbing the walls of my pool which are straight up...not tapered, so I was happy to see that. Basket compartment opens from the top and easily comes out to empty. Seems to get up all the dirt from the pool floor. Great for the money

This thing does a great job cleaning my 25000 gallon inground pool. The only thing I don't like about it is it almost always shuts off in the deep end. The deep end is 8.5' deep and if the water is just a little cloudy, I cannot see the robot and I have to either jump in the pool and find it or use my skimmer net to find it and push it to the shallow end so I can grab it with the hook that came with it. Basket is easy to clean out. The robot does clean the sides and the floor. Manual says that when the battery goes bad, there is no replacing it and you have to buy a new robot. We will see about that.
