This robot vacuum has been a game-changer! It’s incredibly convenient to set it to clean while I’m out, and coming home to spotless floors is a great feeling. The self-emptying feature is a huge plus—no need to constantly remember to empty the bin. It fits perfectly in small spaces and does a great job picking up even the tiniest crumbs. Ordered this item as a gift for my mother. She really wanted a robot vacuum. However, I say a lot of comments saying Roombas weren’t worth the price they’re being sold for so I figured I’d try Amazon. So far this vacuum works well & has great suction. It definitely picks up hair & dust very well. Does not come with a remote but can be controlled from a mobile app. It was pretty easy for my mom to connect the app to the vacuum. We have not tried the mop function yet but works very well as a vacuum.

I liked that the unit was responsive to app commands and seemed intuitive in that it would pick up again from right where it left off. It actually started up on its own once it was fully charged, and I had to bring it back to its charging station and disconnect the unit from the station to keep it from running while we slept. Huge problem that this unit has is that the suction is not anywhere near as good as my cordless Dyson so back it went. It did pick up and keep the home tidy, for convenience. There was just too debris that the robot just did not pick up due to suction. I would not recommend this for pet fur, hair balls, or thick carpets. Interestingly, the robot sucked up a water bottle cap and did not leave it anywhere in the floor so that’s a big plus too to get an idea of how large a piece of debris this robot can pick up. Good over all, just not for me.

I had a Shark, self-emptying, robot vacuum before; it lasted about three years before it would not function anymore. This was purchased as a replacement for that vacuum and has all the same functions at half the price, plus a mopping function (that my Shark did not have). It has better suction power, and it maps the home better. I am very pleased with how it works. As far as cons go, I wish it had two side brushes (it has one), that the charging station did not need disposable bags, and the app is a little clumsy; but, once you get the app figured out it actually has more settings/functions than the Shark did. The mopping function is only for light maintenance mopping; this does not scrub the floor, it wipes the floor. Overall, this vacuum cleans and works better than the Shark at half the price. I am definitely happy with the purchase.

Do not buy! I purchased two units, one for home and one for my office. Within weeks both of them were malfunctioning and a shortly after completely dead. I have reached out to the manufacturer and received no response.

This thing has a few issues, though it can work well - if you are tech savyy (or take time to walk through each attempt to deal with things using an AI) and you will need to be paitent with any little issue. I bought it titled a 'BL20 Pro' by the way, in April. I waited a long time to start using it but now I can give some feedback from the last month of use. The map it built on the first run was fine, but it rebuilt the map with horrible errors on another run later. Totally screwed up its work by locating itself improperly - so the map simply didn't work properly anymore. There seems no way in the app to remap things so you have to factory reset, which is a bit of a pain. ChatGPT got me through it, not the user manual and not the app, and it took a little bit of time. Other oddities: This thing sees under our doors and thinks it should map that area - but I don't want it to map that area. (You have to completely block doorways and places you don't want mapped.) It's programming is finicky, can be innaccurate and hard to control, and the app is really just hamstrung any time you have an issue. Whoever programmed this thing was not capable of thinking through any real issues that come up; the troubleshooting guide is laughably incomplete. The physical product and basic engineering seem good, which is why I didn't rate it a complete failure, but (for instance) it got stuck in our dining chair legs and simply decided to quit, demanding by voice to be manually returned to the charging station. Well, it got in there, it should have been able to get out. Nope. Just don't expect genius-level productivity. Good news: It's pretty quiet, it can roll over all kinds of low obstacles (like wires), it pushes light weight stuff like cat toys out of the way, it seeems to handle pet fur pretty well (better than expected), and mostly it does seem to get itself out of a bind. It also fits under a lot of furniture, which is awesome. It does a pretty good job of vacuuming but IMPORTANT: You will likely need to clean the brush roller after EVERY use. Overall, it's not a bad vacuum but the app and programming are low quality. Really damages the overall experience.

Fantastic vacuum ! Does a great job and is easy to program and operate. I highly recommend this robotic vacuum/mop. The mop does a better job than I expected although I don.t use this feature all the time. I program the vacuum to run in the middle of night. It's quiet enough that it doesn't disturb me and I wake up to a clean house.

This is our third robotic vacuum cleaner and I am very impressed with the improvements. We have previously owned other brands and had great difficulty programming them and keeping them running. I have had this cleaner about 3 weeks now and it has been a workhorse. It was very easy to program and map. The machine works on a variety of floor surfaces including tile, rugs and hardwoods. Great machine!
