I liked that the unit was responsive to app commands and seemed intuitive in that it would pick up again from right where it left off. It actually started up on its own once it was fully charged, and I had to bring it back to its charging station and disconnect the unit from the station to keep it from running while we slept. Huge problem that this unit has is that the suction is not anywhere near as good as my cordless Dyson so back it went. It did pick up and keep the home tidy, for convenience. There was just too debris that the robot just did not pick up due to suction. I would not recommend this for pet fur, hair balls, or thick carpets. Interestingly, the robot sucked up a water bottle cap and did not leave it anywhere in the floor so that’s a big plus too to get an idea of how large a piece of debris this robot can pick up. Good over all, just not for me.

Great vacuum! My 3rd robot after buying the 2 top name brands that cost double or triple this one. I looked specifically (after a 5-star rating, which this one had) for a robot that did not scuff up the woodwork around the floor. Robovac cleans the edges but does not touch the walls. A huge plus! The moping feature is an added bonus for the price! We have cats and dogs and the carpets and the floor look great. Easy to program and functions well as described. We run it everyday and appreciate we do not have to clean the bin each time because the attached "waste basket" on the charger collects it all. It does require an extra charge to go through the entire house - about 2200 sq ft on one floor, but it recharges itself and then goes back to work. Easy to set by remote control with Wifi. You do have to add water to the mopping dispenser when you decide to mop, otherwise it demands no attention. You can totally forget about dragging out your cumbersome and heavy vacuum cleaner with this device. Enjoy!

I am really happy with this robo vac, At first it was knocking into everything but it quickly got the lay of the land running smoothly across the spaces but tough when needed, finding its way under beds, over room level changes and floor grates like a champ. I haven't downloaded the app yet for remote options, to schedule cleanings, or set boundaries, I just press the on button she gets to work and finds her way back when she's done. Battery life is substantial and lasts through the cleaning of my full space, It's been a couple weeks and I still haven't had to empty the bag. I've named her Betty and and she's great.

I had a Shark, self-emptying, robot vacuum before; it lasted about three years before it would not function anymore. This was purchased as a replacement for that vacuum and has all the same functions at half the price, plus a mopping function (that my Shark did not have). It has better suction power, and it maps the home better. I am very pleased with how it works. As far as cons go, I wish it had two side brushes (it has one), that the charging station did not need disposable bags, and the app is a little clumsy; but, once you get the app figured out it actually has more settings/functions than the Shark did. The mopping function is only for light maintenance mopping; this does not scrub the floor, it wipes the floor. Overall, this vacuum cleans and works better than the Shark at half the price. I am definitely happy with the purchase.

Ordered this item as a gift for my mother. She really wanted a robot vacuum. However, I say a lot of comments saying Roombas weren’t worth the price they’re being sold for so I figured I’d try Amazon. So far this vacuum works well & has great suction. It definitely picks up hair & dust very well. Does not come with a remote but can be controlled from a mobile app. It was pretty easy for my mom to connect the app to the vacuum. We have not tried the mop function yet but works very well as a vacuum.

I have owned this for 2 weeks now and everything is working fine. Took me a little time to learn the app but not bad. This is the first one I have owned so I was a little surprised by the noise it makes but also not bad. I have mostly all floors and it does a great job. Really impressed with all the mapping it does.
