Why did you pick this product vs others?: Wanted to upgrade from previous vacuum robot which has no map memory nor auto dust collection. This one was on sale and the functions seem to check all the box that I want. Noise level: There is noticable noise for sure, but it is way better than previous vacuum robot. I'd say the noise level is about the same as Dyson handheld vacuum. So it is totally tolerable. Functionality: First of all, I love how I don't need to manually switch the parts from vacuum to mop anymore. You can have both features function at the same time. It is great for daily cleaning. The app is easy to understand and packed with customization. You can choose how strong you want the vacuum to be, assigning the zones, separating a zone, and so much more. Sturdiness: It feels heavy duty. Dust collection: Love the dust collection feature. From the app you can also choose the frequency of how often you can to collect the dust (from every time, after sweeping twice, to never). Movement: It detects the objects by the sensor but also would soft touch the objects to register and avoid. The movement is smooth. Sensitivity: It is sensitive enough to avoid the objects and able to clean the space it's able to get through.

EDIT: 1 month with this product AND STOP WORKING 100%. I talk w amazon service and followed all steps and NOTHING, they sent me the email from the factory since have the factory guarantee and only can contact them through email and they DO NOT ANSWER AT ALL. 1 week an 3 days still waiting.Everyone still ignoring.. So far so good after 2 weeks of use. I have this set to vacuum at 9am and them to vacuum and Mop at 2pm & 8pm; I have my floor always shiny and clean. Before it’s started at 2 & 8pm We HAVE to add water and clean the mop! Also clean anything stuck like hair and clean the dust from the mini filter; Its a mandatory routine before starts, then it make the work perfectly. Noise level is like a vacuum noises. Its cover all capacity in the house perfectly. It pickup all my dog hair and I have a golder retriever uff. So is a big time saver since I do not have to sweap or mop now and the floor is always clean and shiny.

We got this to vacuum up dog hair from our Labrador Retriever that sheds bad. It does a great job mapping and vacuuming the open floor areas and going under/around legs and obstacles. I Wish it did a better job on vacuuming the edges. It was hard to find replacement bags for this. I will try to post a link to some I found to work. We love that it self empties each time it runs. What a time saver. It's a little loud when it empties but well worth it.

The media could not be loaded. Worked flawlessly but less than a year and it’s getting very loud and I don’t see any reason why. Wheels are not obstructed and broom is clean and rotates freely.

The robort vacuum and mop works great to clean up both carpets and hard floor. It picks dirt and hair and saves our time and effort. It is easy to set up and has good battery life to clean. Its suction capacity is very good, when we walk on floor after cleaning, we can feel the dust free floor. I paired it with Alexa and enjoy setting the routine for auto cleaning. Smart app feature makes it possible to select areas we want vacuum to clean. Overall, I really liked this product for its built quality, durability and modern features.
