I'll write a follow up in a week or so but I just got the D60S and it's amazing. Set up was really easy and then I told it to 'map' the house. It went from room to room drawing a floor plan of our home and it appeared on my phone in real time - perfect. Next, told it to go to a room and clean and minutes later it came back to dock.. Job Done. It's quiet and smart and very well priced. 👍👍 Since then I had an issue with the mopping device. I contacted Customer Service and received and IMMEDIATE response!!! They are sending out a replacement part - expedited shipping, no less! - and I'll update again once I receive it. But so far the vac is amazing and now, so is the service.

This vacuum does not work well at all. I am so disappointed. It was our first time trying one of these and it has been more work to use it than just vacuuming myself. It does not hold a charge and constantly redocks. Then it will redo the same area over and area and not map out the rest of the house. When it cleans, it does pick up, but it takes hours because of the recharging and the mapping. It does not communicate well and the ap does not work well. It is supposed to also mop but it does not respond to the commands. It was a big waste of money and very frustrating.

This is an amazing carpet cleaning machine . We have 2 wooly huskies who shed incessantly this machine picks it up nicely. I did have to empty it about every 10 minutes the first pass because I hate vacuuming and there was lots of dog hair. Second time running it, I emptied it every 20 minutes. Third time, I just emptied it once during cleaning. The brushes that pull in the hair, dust, and debris are longer than others we’ve had and does a great job of pulling everything in to the suction. There are 3 levels of suction; I just use the second one as it works fine. I also love the cleaning tool that comes with it. It has a razor blade that is on an easy to use to get the hair out of the roller. There’s easy to take apart and easy to clean. I have not used the mopping function on it yet so II also love the cleaning tool that comes with it. It has a razor blade that is perfect to use to get the hair out of the roller. I also love that you can map your rooms and you don’t have to worry about it falling downstairs or going somewhere you don’t want it to go once it is programmed. I have not used the mopping function on it yet so I cannot comment on that part of it. I will try to update my review once I use it. For the price I paid $180, you can’t beat this one!

I think this would be a great product for someone who has a smaller space and small or no pets. It is much quieter than other vacuums we have had & it works well on our shag carpet, strong suction! So strong it will get a sock stuck in it or a floor length curtain... We have an English mastiff that sheds a lot and we have to empty it probably 4x minimum. I do love that it has the sensor on top which stops it from going under our couch and getting stuck. All in all the product works well but it definitely meant for a smaller space (or home is 2400sqft but we only use it in the main living spaces) and little or no pets (or ones that don't shed a lot). Before I leave for a few hours and I want to run it, I will make sure all curtains are off the ground as well as small rugs (will suck up the corners), and pick up everything off the floor. I haven't used the mop portion only vacuum. I would return it for a vacuum that can empty itself since this one doesn't hold a lot of dog hair :( Not good for big shedding dogs

I bought this to vacuum up litter around the house, because my cat always tracks it everywhere outside of his litter box. I have to vacuum everyday because of this, so I bought this robot vacuum to help. It does a good job of mapping the place and I like that I can set up a schedule for it to clean certain rooms, so that’s why it gets 2 stars. However, this robot does not clean well. It mostly just pushes around the dirt and litter in my house. Even after I run it twice a day, I still have to vacuum up the dirt and litter it left behind. It also has a very small dust/dirt compartment that basically has to be cleaned everyday. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
