The media could not be loaded. Easy to understand with the instruction manual they provided. I am able to install the app to my iPhone 13 max pro easily. The vacuum & mop combo works really well. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and love it! It has good suction and a great battery life. The app is user friendly and it’s so nice to have a remote or easily just push the on button on top of the vacuum. I also love how it easily fits under all of my furniture and navigates well around everything with only a light “non damaging” bump.
