I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop combo for a while now, and overall, it does a good job keeping the floors clean. The suction is strong enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and pet hair, and the mopping function leaves the floors looking fresh. It works well on both hardwood and low-pile carpet. The scheduling feature is convenient, and the battery life is decent—it can cover a good amount of space before needing to recharge. It also returns to its dock on its own, which makes it very user-friendly. On the downside, it sometimes struggles with corners and can get stuck on thicker rugs or cords. The water tank for mopping is on the smaller side, so it may need to be refilled during a deep clean. Overall, it’s a great option for daily maintenance and light cleaning, especially if you want to save time. Not perfect, but definitely worth it for the price.

It did not pick up dirt, not even on the hardwood floor. It didn't pick up simple pieces of paper. It only spread everything around more. I did not mop. It never squirted out water from the water tank. The only way to get it it mop was to wet down the rag yourself. Even then, it was very questionable if it actually worked. We thought it was picking dirt up at first, but we realized it was just sticking to the rag and nothing actually went into the tank. Nothing. Not on carpet, and not on hardwood. The spot mop feature didn't work. It didn't clean anything. Definitely not worth the money.

This robot vacuum and mop combo is hands-down one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. Between work, kids, and pets, cleaning was always a struggle — but not anymore because of the purchase of this game changer. It vacuums like a pro, easily picking up crumbs, dust, and pet hair from my hard floors and low-pile rugs. The 2000Pa suction is no joke. And the mopping function is amazing and effective for keeping my floors fresh between deep cleans. I love that I can control it from the app or just use the remote when I’m feeling lazy. You can schedule it to clean while you’re away, and it always finds its way back to the charging dock. The low profile lets it clean under couches and beds which are places I’d usually skip. Honestly, this little robot has made such a difference in keeping my home tidy with minimal effort. If you’re on the fence, just go for it. It’s worth every penny even it is a little pricy. I still give 5 star review here.

If I had paid full price for this I would definitely return it. It does go under furniture which is nice, and does a decent job of cleaning the floor, but it is constantly getting stuck. I basically just use it in the living room and hall. I have too much furniture in the other rooms I have to watch it all the time and see where it goes to make sure it doesn’t get stuck or lost. It has a small compartment to collect dust. I haven’t used it to wash the floors but I didn’t intend too.

It’s my dog’s shedding season and every morning I used to wake up to a thick layer of hair on my white tile floors. With a baby in the house, the last thing I wanted to do first thing in the morning was vacuum, but I had no choice. This robot has been a total lifesaver—just press one button and it gets the job done. The suction is strong enough to pick up all the visible hair, it’s easy to use, and the noise level is low enough that it doesn’t bother us. There’s also an app where you can adjust the cleaning modes, but I honestly find the default auto mode works great. It even has a mopping feature I haven’t tried yet, but I’m glad it’s included. Customer service has also been fantastic—they quickly replaced my first unit when it wasn’t working right. The price is on the higher side, but for the time and energy it saves, especially with pets and a baby, it’s 100% worth it.

Honestly it is more like a constant sweep than a vacuum. It gets stuck a lot, and the mop function is useless. I like it for picking up the crumbs on the kitchen hardwood, but wouldn’t rely on it for anything else. Just glad I bought it on sale, otherwise I’d be pretty upset with the product.

It wasn't what I was expecting for a smart vacuum and mop. Its actually pretty dumb in the sense that it has a smart feature but isn't smart. It barely vacuums the floor it loves to only go to a certain area over and over even though it could be vacuuming the rest of my floor. I have to use the manual setting more than I use the smart setting because if I let the robot do its own thing it literally stays in the same area. Also when using the mop setting it drains the battery like super quick. Basically for me the product overall sucks. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product. Total waste of money in my opinion. It is very quiet when its operational but other than that it sucks.
